Well, the Diniverse Luthor did end up in some warehouses... But then, his run for President was... um... a spoiler detail for people who haven't watched the series.
And the Maggin Luthor didn't need no stinkin Presidency or even a public persona other than his noteriety (which he enjoyed). He preferred the challenge of running his empire under the noses of everyone (especially Superman) with maximally complex charades that only he could keep up with]As far as superspeedsters go,in DC comics all superspeedsters are confined by the limits of the Speed Force. They did an entire story arch of The Flash that showed what happened when Wally was able to break the limit.[/QUOTE]
I remember that story arc happening, and was curious, but never got around to reading it.
Did they ever resolve the missing plot element of Barry Allen's death and Wally West's history prior to the Crisis events? (I know there was a recent attempt to retcon the whole DC continuity again, going back to Crisis on Infinite Earths, but haven't heard if this was resolved. In fact I don't know what exactly was resolved with that, other than the continuity jumped forward a whole year subsequently, which is supposed to be filled in during the 52 Weeks maxi-series later. Kind of like jumping from Attack of the Clones to A New Hope and then going back to Revenge of the Sith after Empire Strikes Back...)
