Guys: Girls with Long Hair?

Talk about anything in here.

Postby Yojimbo » Thu Jan 26, 2006 4:47 pm

It depends on the girl and how she wears it. And as long as it is well kept and not too crazy either long or short then it's fine by me. I find both spectrums to be attractive it just depends how it looks on them specifically.

Hey! It seems many like long. That's good for me!

Just as something to go along with this, since other people were talking about the high maintenance of hair, for me, long hair is actually lower maintenance. My hair is naturally curly and is right to the center of my waist (my ACTUAL waist, when dry). I hate making sure my hair isn't flying in every direction and would much rather go through the pains of combing it all out than using curling irons or straighteners to control it everyday. Plus, I like how it blows in the wind (as in a strong Kansas wind)...don't ask why, I just like wind, it feels good.

It would depend on how they wore it. Some girls would look better with short hair, some with long. Some girls that have that strange thing to their hair...like black hair with silver streaks, all the way down to their feet (yes, I've seen hair that long) would be SO awesome. But I don't really care.

Well, as a fellow long-haired girl, I'd have to agree with the "pains of combing" being worth it, but I also actually straighten mine most of the time(but that's just because mine's so naturally straight that it only takes about a minute). And yes, I know EXACTLY what you mean about it blowing in the wind. I love that feeling. ...That is, until you face away from the wind and it blows it all in your face. That's usually where the "flailing stage" sets in for me...

Life, experiences, traumas -- whatever -- they all add up to make you some altered version of what you are. So there's this battle that goes on between what you are and what you become, and it's been very important for me to unravel what I was taught to be or what I became. and to draw a direct parallel to music -- the closer I get back to being who I really am, the stronger the music gets..." --Billy Corgan (Smashing Pumpkins frontman)

i think they do. (don't take this the wrong way) i happen to like girls with long hair and i think guys do too. i refuse to cut mine because i'm just so attached to it and vain about it. my father always gets sort of annoyed when my mother comes back from the hairdresser with her hair cut because he likes it longer. there's just something about it that adds a bit of elegance...

Short! Long hair on guys......no! bad!

I, personally, cannot stand long hair on myself as well. I'm growing it out, though....just so it will be long for the first time since middle school.....and then when it's long enough I'm going to chop it all off! MUAHAHAA. Well....not all....I mean up to chin length or so.....

I wouldn't mind a girl with short hair if she looked like this:

it really doesnt matter to me but i do think girls look better with semi-long hair like a little past there shoulders and natural or atleast natural looking hair color is a big plus for me. As well as pretty eyes and a big warm hearted smile haha
Love is that feeling you get when a girl looks at you and it feels like your driving a car at high speeds and experience a sudden drop. You know what i mean? That sudden sinking feeling you get in your stomach? Yeah, that's love. Leave's you speechless everytime.

I'm weird.
I like girls with short hair. Not like really really short, but hair down to their neck like shown below.

And if you haven't guessed, yes I am a Nodoka fan. (A character from the Mahou Sensei Negima series.)

I would say, like others, that it ultimately depends on what looks best on a given girl.

However, I generally like long hair and the various things that can be done with it (long hair worn up is something that I really go for). Now that I think about it, my female characters in the RP I'm in all have long hair. lol.
