Personally I think people look better without a lot of modification.

I would never get a tattoo!

I heard a guy where I worked one time talking about his father, how he had a tattoo which grew out all weird when he gained weight (from when he'd gotten it as a teen). He finally got it removed, but it cost a lot of money.

The tattoo was of
a marijuana leaf. Ew! Can you imagine how employable that would make him?
Heh. Thats my biggest thing with tattoos. Make sure its somthing your gonna want forever. Not just somthing that strikes your fancy right now. Another reason I have none at this point. But as I have said...I plan on getting a bracelett tattoo done on my wrist with my wifes name on it. Maybe more...*shrug* Don't really want any right now.

It's a sweet sentiment maybe, but I think I'll stick with some symbol of my undying affection that I can take off at night. Like a wedding ring.

I have two, a scorpion on my left ankle and a blackwork piece that I drew (and the guy messed up a little) on my left chest. No good way to take pic to post right now though. They both hurt like a son of a gun. I also have two earrings on the left ear.

Body modification is touchy subject. I have seen people with beautiful work from head to toe, and I have seen people with ugly messes all over thier bodies. It is definatley art, and requires proper talent, arrangement ect. Too many people just go for ridiculous extremes, seeing how much they can shock people with all the weird stuff on their bodies. As more and more becomes acceptable, the attention grabbers have to come up with even wierder stuff to stand out. Like the guy who has tiger stripes tattooed all over and peircings in his face that have whiskers on them. It will be really interesting to see what these people think of all the work they have done now in ten twenty years.

On a side note, those Japanese suits like AnimeHeretic posted, while they are consistanly beautiful, are usually assosiated with the Japanese mob.

My ears were pierced when I was five, but somewhere along the years I must have pulled on them as a kid or something, because they're too low now. So for my sixteenth birthday I'm getting them fixed (it's more expensive then you'd think.) and getting them double-pierced! What I really want though is one of those tiny nose studs like some Indian women have. But my parents probably wouldn't go for that one.

Tattoos.... I would probably never get a tattoo. At least not on some easily visible place like an arm or leg. And girls should never get tattoos on their somach because they don't look too good after you've been pregnant.

*JOKE PLEASE do not take this seriously it is a JOKE*

Yeah, I've always wanted a symbol of undying affection that could be easily removed and lost or stolen. You know, as opposed to one I could never lose and could only be removed through expensive surgery, thus proving the length of my love for that woman.

*Again this was a JOKE no one take it seriously*

I would advise even against that. The likelihood that you will get divorced is directly proportional to your whiteness and American-ness, and inversely proportional to how Catholic you are. The odds are stacked against you, my friend.

Then I would have a 19??-20?? added to it. And another bracelet designed beside it. Just because she died would not mean I did not love her...

I don't belive in divorce. I am not going to start a debate...but I am only going to marry one woman, if it does not work out...its my own fault. (unless my wife passes away)

I'm going to get a skull. With a rose....and....a snake.

Oh yeah....and a big knife.

Seriously, though, I'm not sure what I would get. I have considered doing barbed wire going around my ankle or something like that.

Personally and seriously, there's nothing that I'd want on my body that I couldn't remove.

'Cept for this shirt. : P

I honestly hate tatoos with a passion.

If I had a tattoo, I'd want it to be somewhere that I could see it (not on my back, for example.)

But my husband, sweet man, would kill me if I got a tatoo.
