Fullmetal Alchemist and Gundam SEED

Howdy peeps! Haven't been here in a while! Anyways, I was wondering about two animes, Fullmetal Alchemist and Gundam SEED. Anybody know anything about them. I wanted to check them out but i didn't know what they were rated and why or if they were any good.

FMA = Awesome anime!!!^^ its rating should be around 15+ for blood and some language here and there hehe....but it is a definate watch!^^ as for Gundam SEED, i havnt seen it yet but i want to

In case you didn't know, Gundam SEED is now on the new Toonami block each Sat night at 10:30. I just watched the first ep and I was pretty impressed. I liked the music and the animation and the plot was good enough so far. I was really weary of this one since I've never seen any of the Gundam shows/books/toys/media empire etc before. I just couldn't stand all the hype, you know? But this show might change my mind.

Yes, and I've never seen the anime, but I know in the manga Edward says some kinda offessive stuff about religion in general, although it was not directed at christiany.

[spoiler] There's a whacked cult that the Elric brothers go to stop and Edward keeps saying stuff about how stupid religion is and acts like there's no way in the world there could be a God.[/spoiler]

But - I've only had time to read the first two issues of it, so that's all I know for now. ^^;;

Gundam seed is very good. The first thing i notice (despite the very smooth animation and intriguing opening) is the music. Music in this gundam series is in a totally different league from others. Superb!

and don't worry about the plot, it definitely won't disappoint you.

haven't seen Fullmetal alchemist save the first episode, but i've heard so many good reviews that i want to see it..

Overall though I would say that Full Metal Alchemist is excellent. There is quite a bit of blood though. About as much as Rurouni Kenshin has. And although it is a funny show, it has a really dark mood too, a couple of the episodes are VERY sad.

Gundam Seed is good but one thing I can't stand it is the art itself it is too chibi and the character design is so bad that the eyes it twice the size of the face but for the story itself it is good I think it is better then G Gundam or Gundam Wing but the character design is so bad that the creator of the Original Gundam Yoshiyuki TOMINO hate it too.

Gundam SEED was an excellent anime, the characters were memorable, the story good quality and the music was excellent, SEED is the first Gundam series i've actually liked, (though i've only seen SEED and G Wing) i'm now watching the sequel series Gundam SEED Destiny, which has been good so far.

I've seen FMA up thru ep 38. It is excellent stuff. It is sexually clean, but there is the typical amount of profanity in an anime and there is lots of blood. There are the 7 deadly sins personified tho, but nothing is inappropriate.

Haven't seen Gundam Seed. I've really enjoyed G-Gundam, so I am hoping I like this series too.

Gundam Seed is a really good show so far. The only things objectionable are a strange silhouette of a nude woman in the opening theme song and a little fan service in like episode 8 or 9, something like that and quite a bit of violence. The dub has some bad language, with the worst being the "s-word". It's an awesome show, even so. I'm really enjoying it thus far. I can't say much about FMA, though, since I haven't seen any of it. It looks good, though.

Gundam Seed is on Fridays at 1:00 a.m. now.The only thing is that they seem to be skipping the opening theme.
My favorite character is Flaye.She is so fun to watch.

Gundam SEED, in my opinion, is the best Gundam series I've ever seen! I myself love the character design. Haha, I didn't even notice that the guys had bigger eyes...O_o''
It might be slightly confusing if you see the series in the middle, though, many are, I guess. In order to fix this problem, they have a handful of episodes they play that are completely dedicated to summarizing the story thus far. Those can get extreamly boring if you DiD see all the episodes though...
And I agree, the music ROCKS. Oh the catchyness of it...*lalala*
Gundam SEED even has some cool CG graphics thrown in there every now and then...those are really awesome too!

and FMA...I'm not sure. I'm going to watch it this Saturday...^_^
