Tales of Symphonia OVA sequel series gets a green light

Tales of Symphonia OVA Sequel Series Green-Lit

Bandai Namco Games announced on Tuesday that Tales of Symphonia: Tethe'alla Chapter, the new OVA sequel series to the Tales of Symphonia the Animation series, has been green-lit. The announcement was made in Tokyo at Tales of Festival 2008, the first event devoted entirely to the 13-year-old "Tales of" role-playing game franchise and its anime/manga spinoffs. Voice cast members from various incarnations of the franchise appeared at the event to performs skits and announce new releases.

Man, if the OVA is as good as the game, then Im going to watch it whenever it comes over here.

I'm assuming the OVA only covers the first half of the game, then. From what I've seen of it, it follows the game pretty closely. I'm excited 'cause ToS is quite epic and everyone should play it, and the sequel gives me yet another reason to buy a Wii.

The sequel gives me another reason to hug my Wii instead of feeling like neglecting it and buying a 360 instead...anyway...YAY!!! The more ToS OVA's the better.

Oh yeah, that's right there is a sequel! Then when ever it comes out I'll be sure to get it. I just love the Tales games series.

Tales of Symphonia, Tales of Legendia, Tales of the Abyss. All great games. These are the only ones that Ive played, but I know there arer others.
