The Passion of The Christ: A New Movie in Theatres!!

Hello everyone, I got a e-mail from AFA sending me a link to a new movie. Its about Jesus Christ. Its wonderful seeing a Christian movie in A lot of US theatres. I checked out the trailers and teasers and it looks like Lord of the Rings. It is rated R because graphic images, but from the mail I recived a quote was taken from the director that stated; "This is a film everyone should see..." It is a Mel Gibson film too. Hi Kenchii! Yes, I'm excited about this movie too. Just a warning; it WILL be very violent... as that is how the crucifixion of Christ happened. It's supposed to be a faithful depiction of the Gospel narrative, and Gibson himself is a Christian (for the past several years). I'm not sure how it's like LOTR... except maybe some of the violence, but it is a true story. I'm definitely going to see it.

Anyway, there is already a thread about this movie in the "In the Spotlight" section, so much has been discussed already. Perhaps we should take this discussion there?
