Anyone know when .hack//roots is coming to America?

I'm just curious as to when .hack//roots will be dubbed and brought over to America. I'm a big fan of .hack and I really want it to be soon! Thanks for the info!

My best guess is the beginning of next year. It's newly acquired so it usually takes a while for the dub and DVD to process through.

The last ep that will air in Japan is this Sept 27.

"next year" would probably be the closest to whats going to happen, I've heard from as little as 3 weeks after the release of .hack//G.U Vol.1 (oct.24) to 3 months and then

26 eps is a whole half a year^^ So yeah it would be almost done... wow to think it's already been half a year...

Oh question about GU though: I stopped watching Roots (being licensed etc) but I'm wanting to know if whenever I buy Gu and say never did get a chance to finish Roots, would I be missing out some big plot twist in the game? I read the short game summary and it looks like it's almost an alternate retelling of the show... or something along those lines^^ So would I really be truly spoiled? With in mind, that one thing I DO know is Haseo's true identity.
