I'm not quite sure what to think yet. XD Admittedly, I was goofing off on the computer while they were on, so I probably wasn't paying attention as much as I should.
Trinity Blood seemed pretty dull. The man character was interesting, but not enough for me to keep up with the show. I'm not a big vampire person, though, so that could be part of it. XD
Bleach seemed kinda random and Naruto-ish the first time I watched it, but I forced myself to watch it again (recorded them on the DVR) and I liked it better the second time. I *love* the art style, and it's obvioulsly animated well. The characters haven't captured my attention yet, although I've heard they get better. The dub's so-so. I normally watch dubs, so I'm not just saying that because I love the japanese version (haven't heard it yet XD). I've got confidence in JYB, I think I'm just not attatched to the characters yet...but either way, the dub I didn't hate or love. It was just...there. *shrug*
One thing I can say about the dub, though, it's obvious they tried really hard to pronounce the Japanese right. I heard people say they were doing it wrong, but I've taken a year of Japanese and they were pronoucing the names as well as I could, even with the little roll of the 'r' in Orihime (or was her name Orehime? I can't quite remember...).
I'll probably continue watching Bleach, but so far nothing's really gotten me crazy about watching Trinity Blood...XD

what do you mean by "doesn't condone?"One thing I do wonder about is why the ghosts all have chains attached to their

ChristianRonin wrote:I think I may have said this earlier, but the dubbing company was SERIOUS about getting he pronounciations right. They even had some of the cast come in to to rerecord the voices if they didn't sound right.
so they worked really hard and it will proabably get better with age!

As a whole the anime doesn't change more than this level of thing. The exception (other than the filler) is the Grand Fisher episode, which was altered for unknown reasons.
uc pseudonym wrote:I haven't been commenting about this, but I suppose I will now. Are my standards for gore really that different? The violence in Trinity Blood didn't really bothered me at all, and I can't remember anything that gory. There's a fair amount of blood and I think I recall some people losing limbs, but that's it.
