Anyone know where I can buy "The Art of Nausicaa"? (concept book)

Talk about anything in here.

Anyone know where I can buy "The Art of Nausicaa"? (concept book)

Postby Warrior 4 Jesus » Mon Sep 18, 2006 7:37 am

Can anyone help?
I can't find this anywhere I've looked.
I saw much of Miyazaki's concept art while visiting the Studio Ghibli Museum but it went by too fast. I love concept art.

Anyone?
Thanks!

Don't know if they have it, you could try http://www.amazon.com
Have faith
-From somewhere in the Bible, and I agree with it

-God will only give you what you can take. He will not overwhelm you.
-From somewhere in the Bible

-Your faith becomes stronger when it's tested.
-I saw a Chinese guy with a cross on his restaurant desk in America. That's so cool. You can do that here. Not so much China.

I've recently been learning that I don't need to be "loud and pushy" to Evangelize; just living it out is enough witness. The problem was that I grew up around strong Evangelists (Korean Christians) and they were really into getting people involved and setting out to Evangelize, and me being a a yes-man (or yes woman) I was into trying to convert people.
I've been learning this lesson over the years, but have been trying to be pushy. Now I'm trying to ease off.

Interesting, since Borders.com doesn't show up anything.
(any that would ship to Australia?)

I might be confusing it with the Nausicaa manga. However, I'm 98% sure I'm not. I don't know why it's not on the website.

The dreaded words:
Have you checked eBay?

I already have the Nausicaa 7 volume manga and anime movie, and they are awesome!

Yes, I've tried eBay.

Do you have Barnes & Nobles or Borders down where you are?If not you could check any of the other mega book store chains that might be in Australia.I know I have seen the books for Inuyasha and some other titles in B & N.

Thanks Ryan!

Seems Japanimation.com may be my best bet.

I have one and I will sell it to you for $500 US.

But seriously, since you followed MSP's goggle link you probably already know this, but animebooks,.com is offering it for sale on their site. I'm sure japanimation.com is good, too. I'm not sure if either f them have any rules about shipping to Australia.

Hi mate, if there is a Borders store near where you are you can ask them to order it in for you. It will take around 3 weeks for the shipment to come in, but they can probably do this. I ordered a LEGO book through Borders once.

Another place you can try is Kinokuniya Bookstore, they are a Japan-owned bookstore that have branches in Sydney and Singapore and a few other places. I am not sure if there is one near where you are.

I bought "The Art of Howl's Moving Castle" from Kinokuniya.
