Is that the entirity of it, or just part?

I've often wondered if people have been sneaking things into EULAs, because I don't know many who read them. But if I was in charge of writing one I know I would be very tempted to include something involving firstborn children (with some sort of "this is nonbinding" clause, of course).

That's wonderful. I was tempted to add a EULA to my online databases that reads:

"If you post SPAM in this area, you are agreeing to pay to advertise on my site. I charge $5000.00 for each advertisement. I keep meticulous logs and will track you down and file suit if you do not pay. If you are being a nice person, have fun!"

Hey, what's the temptation there? Nothing wrong with it, just a very harsh rule that's pretty easy to follow.
