Here are the exact directions:
Go to the art gallery and click on Original Artwork. Then click on the forum you want to put your art in, mostly people put it in character designs. Then, in the upper left hand corner, you'll see a button New Image. You have to attach your picture, which, when you get to the post, there is an attachment button. Hopefully you can figure it out from there. ^^
