lol, You guys are great! Umm... well, the chocolate or flavored coating will be easy. I just need a recipe for a stiff and crunchy cookie I can make into a small thin rod. (wow, thats not as easy as it sounds )

Hmm...never had pocky, now I gotta try it some time. I think the stick things are probably some toned down sugar cookie recipe you can spread VERY thin and cook very lightly. After cooking a tiny bit, I believe you cool roll it into a rod very quickly and let it cool to hardness it that rod shape. Totally making stuff up, but I don't know, what do some of these "recipes" say?
