At any rate, I think the big day is gonna be Saturday, since most of the people that are only coming for one day, are coming Saturday. I think some of us are gonna be there Friday too, though. But I'd say Ryan will probably call people sometime in the late morning of Saturday, and say "Hey, let's all meet at (place)."

Ryan and I will be there all day Friday just like last year, so we will be available to hang out with whoever is there. We definitely have to have lunch together again at that galleria.

Who will be there Thursday evening to pickup their passes and info?
I plan to be there tomorrow night which I understand starts at 5PM until I am not sure. Instead of staying in the hotel near the convention center that evening I plan to stay in during the con (At a higher price) I will drive down the BW parkway to Arundel Mills Mall area and stay at a hotel there and then drive back to Baltimore in the morning (For less price).
This way I don't have to drive back to Southern Maryland and then get back up and drive through Washington Beltway traffic or US 301 traffic to get there.

Well I will be picking up a friend of mine at 3 PM to ride to Baltimore for the passes for the con today. So I will try to get ahold or the rest can get ahold of me by the phone numbers that were provided by Mr Smarty Pants.
I was thinking since everyone will be there by Sat why don't everyone meet then. I plan to wear my costume that day if everything works out.

Day 1 is concluded! I unfortunately forgot my camera XD so I couldn't take photos.

We met Kaemmerite, Spoony, Bap, Sepukku (He has this wicked Vincent cosplay) Ashfire and ClosetOtaku, and Gooseberry and her dad!

Did lots of stuff, I bought some goodies. Good times

Wow. Those pictures are pretty old (or months in the future, depending on how you interpret it). I think they may have even been taken before Otakon 2006.

Nate the save point! XD That's almost like something I would come up with!

Ryan looks a little different from what I though/remembered. But Meebs (Nate) looks almost the same as another con photo from a while back.

I got up there Thursday evening to pickup my passes. was in line for a hour and half. The heat was something. After that headed to Hanover area to stay in a hotel for the night.
Back in Baltimore at 8:30 AM got something to eat and then got in the line to get inside the BCC.
I met up with Mr Smarty Pants around 4:30 PM along with Closet Otaku and I forgot the others IDs but we were together up to the time for the AMVs and then got seperated getting in because of the crowd. I lost contact with everyone then.
After the AMVs I went to the hotel where I was staying near the BCC and crashed for the evening.
Saturday was cosplay in my outfit for the day, dealers room, art alley walk around and then to cosplay at the arena back to the hotel for 3 episodes FLCL and crash.
Sunday load the pickup, eat something, to the BCC walk around to take pictures to the feedback panel, to the dealers room to closing ceremonies back to the dealers room and leave for home.
I learned the con for 2007 will be July 20-22. Wait for the website to say when to get things setup.

You killed the save point with your bad tape but I found a way to resurrect it. And then Nate let me borrow it for a while! So it was the Other Nate the save point. I can't wait for the other guys to post their pictures. *has no camera* It was totally awesome! We spent a lot of time just hanging out, but last night we ended up seeing some hilarious fan parodies. Namely Egangelion ReDeath ReDux and Nescaflowne.
