i was wondering if anyone here is from either YWM or BUMP team. If you are, would you care to explain more about the organization? thanks =)

Are you perhaps referring to YWAM, or Youth With a Mission, the internationally recognized missions, youth, and ministry orginization? just a sec, let me russle up a link....

That should be it. Although I am not a member, they are an extremely positive orginization from what I have gathereed, and thus a good group of people in my book.
