Man you guys are so interesting...
I loved reading through this thread - it's quite inspiring to hear from people that are thankful for things and not always complaining, and in addition, people who have tastes in some area similar to myself.
I love walking around the neighborhood around my small college campus at night. There are loads of trees and beautiful postbellum houses and a few stars here and there. This is time I can spend with just God alone, and as I wander, I apply symbolic meaning to the things I see. It's quite the expeirence let me tell you.
I love realizing that no matter what happens, wrong or right, good or ill, that God is in control and that in some way, wether physical or spiritual, or any other purpose, He will work for the good of my life. I love realizing this because I don't always live like this, sad to say.
I love swinging on swings. It is a freeing feeling that I've always enjoyed since I was a child. The rush of wind and having my feet off the ground, sailing back and forth, going anywhere I please...
I love real love stories... like St. Kevin said. The kind that are true to the end and not jus a hollywood young adult, beautiful people glancing at each other and getting that feeling. Like in Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, where you realize that you would do anything for the other and that isn't merely sentiment, but true devotion, through the bad and the good.
I love playing a song that gives me goosebumps. Or listening to a song that does the same. I love good classical instrumental stuff that just reaches down inside and overflows.
I love good anime.
I think I need to end this, so finally...
I love when the body of Christ comes together and worships the Lord. Fellowship in Christ, singing to God with all your heart, listening to a convicting sermon, wow, words cannot express. Heaven will be so incredible beyond anything I can fathom. "But until then, my heart will go on singing. But until then, with joy I'll carry on. Until the day my eyes behold the city. Until the day... God calls me home."
Love too all of you as well!
