Help, I can't get an avatar uploaded.

Is there a help forum?

I can't get any pictures to upload from my computer for my avatar. It says it is too big, then I use Paint to make it smaller and it's still too big. What do I do?

Thanks!

I've recently been learning that I don't need to be "loud and pushy" to Evangelize; just living it out is enough witness. The problem was that I grew up around strong Evangelists (Korean Christians) and they were really into getting people involved and setting out to Evangelize, and me being a a yes-man (or yes woman) I was into trying to convert people.
I've been learning this lesson over the years, but have been trying to be pushy. Now I'm trying to ease off.

The help forum is the tutorial forum, I think. Well, you may still need to resize it, I'm afraid. Is it too many pixels or kbs?

maybe try to change the format...you might be accidently saving it as BMP...those are usually larger I think..

Try to save it as a jpeg. and make sure it's 90by90 pixels

Indeed. It really depends on what file you are saving your picture as. Keep trying to save it as different files (I usually choose GIFs, JPEGs might be good too). If you are still having troubles, simply upload the picture here on the site and one of us will be gladly get it working for ya!

You've gotten good advice. "Smaller" can be either the physical demensions or the overall number of bytes in the file.
