Who remember or loves the care bears!

Talk about anything in here.

Yep, I remember the Care-Bears. I think I used to have one when I was little... No wait! I had a Care-Bear-Cousin. The racoon with the light I think.

I cant say that Im still into care-bears though, but the show always seamed to have a posative messages about friendship and stuff...

Ninja Turtles, on the other hand, are definately still cool. :sweat:
Depend on it. God's work done in God's way will never lack God's supply. He is too wise a God to frustrate His purposes for lack of funds, and He can just as easily supply them ahead of time as afterwards, and He much prefers doing so.
- J. Hudson Taylor
I remember that one fateful day when Coach took me aside. I knew what was coming. "You don't have to tell me," I said. "I'm off the team, aren't I?" "Well," said Coach, "you never were really ON the team. You made that uniform you're wearing out of rags and towels, and your helmet is a toy space helmet. You show up at practice and then either steal the ball and make us chase you to get it back, or you try to tackle people at inappropriate times." It was all true what he was saying. And yet, I thought something is brewing inside the head of this Coach. He sees something in me, some kind of raw talent that he can mold. But that's when I felt the handcuffs go on.

No, I decided it would never work out and eventually moved on.

You can have Raphael, I believe my obsession was with Leonardo, because blue is my favorite color and he wore the blue mask. lol

I remember Popples! Popples were awesome! I mean it's two toys in one, a stuffed animal and a ball. lol I think I still have my popples in the basement at home. On the subject of random toys from our childhood, does anyone remember Nosey Bears? That's what I first thought of when I read the word popples, until it dawned on me that they were something completely different. Sorry, that was quite off topic. ^^;

I vaguely remember my grandmother reading me a book about grouchy bear when I was really little, but of course the fad was old even then. As I recall I was amused at the time.

I loved Carebears, My Little Pony, and. . . OK, this may sounds stupid, but I really think it was called "Gummy Bears"? I just remember the theme was something like, "Gummy Bears, bouncing here and there and everywhere, find adventure that's beyond compare, they are the gummy bears!!" And they had this secret potion that made them be able to bounce around and become virutally unstoppable. Ha ha. . . I loved that show. . .
Be Thou my Vision, O Lord of my heart;
Naught be all else to me, save that Thou art
Thou my best Thought, by day or by night,
Waking or sleeping, Thy presence my light.

Be Thou my Wisdom, and Thou my true Word;
I ever with Thee and Thou with me, Lord;
Thou my great Father, I Thy true son;
Thou in me dwelling, and I with Thee one.

Be Thou my battle Shield, Sword for the fight;
Be Thou my Dignity, Thou my Delight;
Thou my soul’s Shelter, Thou my high Tower:
Raise Thou me heavenward, O Power of my power.

Riches I heed not, nor man’s empty praise,
Thou mine Inheritance, now and always:
Thou and Thou only, first in my heart,
High King of Heaven, my Treasure Thou art.

High King of Heaven, my victory won,
May I reach Heaven’s joys, O bright Heaven’s Sun!
Heart of my own heart, whatever befall,
Still be my Vision, O Ruler of all.

Wasn't Gummy Bears the one that took place in some kind of medievel fantasy world and it came on the Disney Channel?

Oh, dude. I remember that show. It used to come on when I was a little kid. I have vague memories of being up at some unholy hour of the day (like 5:30 AM) in pre-school watching that show while getting ready for school.

I miss my Care Bear. I had one when I was a tiny thing, I think it was like...Friend Bear or something. It was kind of a tan color and had two sunflowers on it.

Dude, I remember Gummi Bears.

I actually saw a good fanfiction for the Care Bears at fanfiction.net. If anyone's interested, I can post it.
