As you know, I am Producing Aldean Chronicles, a short story series about Demons, Angels and Elves, during an ancient time in the universe. A Holy War has started on the Elven World of Aldea, the Elves, aided by Angels are at war against Dragon-like Demons and the forces of Darkness. Join a young Priestess, a lone Paladin and a Half-Demon Prince as they journey on a quest to destroy the ultimate evil.


Series Summary:

Aldean Chronicles, like Lord Of The Rings, is Fantasy and uses Christian Symbolism.Unlike Lord Of The Rings, Aldean Chronicles uses direct Christianization. What would happen if Angels and Demons who fought since Creation, had started a Holy War between Elves and Demon-like Dragons, and this Sorceress who wanted to take control of the Elvin World; encountered a Princess who ended up serving the Most High God?


The answer is, Aldean Chronicles. Throughout space and time, Angels and Demons have fought since Creation. While Earth is still young and not even under the control of the Roman Empire yet, the intergalactic struggle still rages elsewhere. In the M'nar Galaxy, on the planet of Aldea, the struggle between good and evil has heated up. A Holy war has started between the Aldeans (an Elf race), and the Shi'ado (very powerful Dragon-like demons; whom are bent on the conquest of the universe). As the forces of good are being wiped out, a flicker of light has appeared on the Relon Continent, that will ultimately change the course of the future...


Aldean Chronicles has two main characters. The first character is Sakura Durnmal, a half Shi’ado/ half Aldean, who’s father is the Shi’ado Emperor during the Holy War. Her Father sends for her, worried about her safety during the Holy War. During her travels, she travels with a Shi’ado Lord (Lord Vahloren), who is fighting her Father for control of his own dynasty and destiny. The Shi’ado Lord (the second main character) is on a quest to discover what he truly is and what he can become. He is neither evil nor good, yet hungers after power.



What Does Sakura Stand For?


Sakura means fire blossom( cherry blossom) in Japanese. Like her journey through the series, she is like a fire blossom. Early in the series, she is a towheaded six year-old girl. She is hated by the other villagers, because she is a half-breed. Sakura is beaten by the villages’ children, but is rescued by a Shi’ado Lord, who is ordered by her Father to escort her to him. Sakura travels with him, and learns about
the Most High God and how the Holy War first became to be. Sakura represents Humans who are on a spiritual journey to know themselves and know the Lord.



What Does Vahloren Stand For?


Vahloren is a powerful Shi’ado Lord. Although he is a half-breed, he acts like he is a full-blooded Demon. Vahloren, unlike Sakura, represents Humans who don’t care about God or anything else but themselves.



What Does Gabriel Stand For?


Gabriel Argadon is an Ancient Guardian ( a Paladin of God). When he first appears in the series, he is an disembodied Archangel, who feels remorse for all the accidental deaths he has caused. As the series progresses, he helps the main characters as they travel on their spiritual journeys. He becomes reborn, a new creature in Christ, and becomes a Seraphim. He represents what Christians should be, or wish to be, Paladins or Warriors for God.


What Does Draconis And Lady Ketral Stand For?

Draconis is the Emperor of the Shi’ado, and the Emperor of Aldea. He is power hungry, and evil in every word. He represents the World and all it’s dark lusts and ambitions. Lady Ketral, who appears in the series later, replaces Draconis. She represents Humanity at it’s worse, or it’s sinful nature.


What Does Ayden Argadon Stand For?



Ayden Argadon is a Paladin and an Archangel. He appears later in the series, almost at the end of Volume One. He represents most Christians, who want to serve God, yet are unsure of their abilities.

Lord Vahloren: Cold hearted and arrogent(Shi'ado Lord and very powerful), a cold voice, a deep voice.


Child Sakura: A little girl's voice

Teen-Adult Sakura: A Princess(Young Beautiful Women's Voice will suffice)(Jaina_Fel_Solo; voice actress for Teen-Adult Sakura).

Draconis: An evil, Ancient Shi'ado(Dragon-like Demon). An deep voice will suffice, somewhat raspy.


Gabriel Argadon: Wise and yet disembodied Archangel( Gabriel McKnight, possible voice actor for Gabriel Argadon). A medium-deep voice will suffice.

Ayden Argadon: Ancient Guardian Of Strength and Sight, Paladin of Light, Gabriel's second cousin who is strong, yet unsure of all his abilities. A medium voice will suffice.


Aiden Versari: A wandering Mediator. A medium voice will suffice.

Lady Arien: A Women who falls in love with Lord Vahloren and Gabriel Argadon. A deeper, older women's voice will suffice, so will a medium-deep sounding voice.

Tav Arien: Lady Arien's son. A young boy's voice to a medium voice will suffice


Daine: Vahloren's Vassal. A deep, raspy voice will suffice

Crien: Ancient fallen Angel(assumes Daine's form later in the first episode)

Priestess Ulladam'e( Voiced by: Souba): Sakura's Mother, the Priestess of the Village of Shidows, once Draconis's lover. She loves her little daughter(Sakura) alot. She has a proper enligh sounding voice, medium voice.

Lady Ketral: A Shi'ado Lady and Sorceress(Does not become a major bad guy until episode 11). An deeper women's voice, sort of raspy, yet snake like type of voice.


Guardians: I need a generic voice for the Angels and the Guardians themselves. An melodious type of voice will suffice.

Aldeans/ Aldean Warriors: I need a generic voice for the Aldeans and the Aldean Warriors. An English accented, welsh accented voice, medium will suffice.


Shi'ado/ Shi'ado Guardsmen: I need a generic voice for the Shi'ado and Shi'ado Lords and Guardsmen. Raspy deep voices will suffice

Demons: I need a generic voice for Lucifer and his Demons that appear and pop up in the series every now and then. Deep voices, something also melodious but raspy type of voice will suffice.

Coolness. Do you already have people in mind for that?

One of the main characters are already taken; Adult Sakura, by a voice actress.

However, the rest of the characters are up for grabs.

The Script is late.. ...Since that is the case and postponement is not an option, here's the extremely rough draft of the first two episodes of the series, a script for characters alone. It will be the working script for the auditions until the official script is finished!

That script needs a little editing. If I'm feeling generous (and have time), I might do it for you. I WILL definitely audition, however. I have at least 3 sites that I can link you to that are communities of amateur voice actors that will play the parts in your script for free, but I like the fact that you put the auditions here first. I'll give you the links to those communities when I get back home to my bookmarks (and have time). Just be sure that if you post an audition, read the guidelines for posting auditions that is sure to be written in the FAQ of each forum. Don't look unprofessional, or nobody will audition. Also, edit your script (or have it edited by someone) for spelling and grammar mistakes. I have passed on auditioning for many plays and projects that sounded interesting but had spelling or grammar mistakes. Those errors make me believe that a producer/writer isn't serious about his/her project, and won't follow it through to completion.

You might want to put a profile of each character in the play (physical description and vocal quality you are going for) and some sample lines for each character to audition with.

Hope this helps.

P.S. I'm pretty good at deep voices, whether they be strong heroes, or evil villians. That said, I'll probably at least audition for Satan and Michael.

The script actually still needs alot of editing, and since my current editor is on an extended vacation, I can only edit it so much. If you could help, great. This thread has other updated versions which are more professional on two other forum websites, one specifically from the Voice Actors Alliance website.
