What I am wondering is what is so critical that yesy is now TWO EPISODES behind the raw (instead of the customary 1)?

I would get the raw instead, but I don't know where to find one.

Hate to barge in like this, but I gotta ask.

When you guys say fanservice, how bad is that? Cuz originally I had watched part of episode one on YouTube, but then I found out it was inspired/based off an H-game and immediately ignored it (rather sad too because I loved the art and all ._.; ) Now you guys seem to say it's not flat out hentai which I'm feeling slightly happy about, but before I dare jump back in...better ask.

Is this fanservice just big breasts or something? Because that stuff doesn't bother me as much as, oh...girls walking around almost completely naked. *sweatdrops* Hope this is ok to ask.

AIR is also an H game and the anime is VERY clean. Trsut me, they can be made to be clean^^ This one is more... yes certain body parts are over exaggerated somewhat (not nearly as bad as OTHER anime pics I've come across) and the fanservice isn't too frequent. Like once ever 2 eps a comment is made or something stupid happens :/ But can easily be by-passed and ignored :/

Looks like ep. 11 just got subbed.

I'll try not to complain in the future because [yesy] put Demonbane on indefinite hiatus because of complaints.

Yes, I know the dude is getting married. I just wish he could take more pride in his work.

Ah, ok guys, thanks a lot for the info! ^^ I actually went ahead and started watching it again and now I absolutely love this series! The only part that really made me cringe was the
"suckling" scene
you all mentioned a few post back. I mean...the frag? Even in the form of fanservice that's some really freaky stuff. oO; Almost made me rethink watching it again, but luckily it seems none of that crap happens again so...*prays to God the rest stays fairly clean* T_T

One time of that kinda stuff bothers me, but luckily one time can easily be skipped over if one really wants to.

Well, I get mine from animesuki.com. Are you direct downloading, or torrenting? That may be the problem.

Thanks, I did just now check AnimeSuki and saw them. Before I was only looking at the SS subs before. however, they are being a bit fussy downloading(torrent). These days I rather mediocre torrent speeds, regardless of my fast connection. Plus torrenting causes my net connection to die at random. bah. (ranting, sorry lol) but yes...minus not being able to get #7 to download, i'm good now. shall try another sub & see waht happens. thanks!

I doubt anyone besides TriezGamer will know how I feel about ep. 11 since I obsessively d/l episodes the second they come out. YESSSSS, it feels good to focus on one series again (I WILL NOT SUCCUMB TO HARUHIISM!...for now).
The preview for this episode suggests tragedy--and that's exactly what happens. Teoro dies. As a matter of fact, his wife dies and so do all their neighbors. Aruruu's sadness over the bad news is absolutely heart rendering, even moreso than when Tusukuru died.

Furthermore, there is a new bombshell dropped at the last minute or so. A new villain calls Hakuoro "Rak Shine," his younger brother in law and a traitor.
If the series continues to keep up the same pace and emotional intensity it has had for the past eleven episodes, this very well may be the best series I have ever seen.

I've seen far too many shows to call it the best I've ever seen (187 shows completed at last count), but at this pace, it's definately in the highest tier, and likely will steal a place in my top 10.

And ... Don't let anyone else know, but ... *looks around and speaks in a low whisper*

Haruhi is very pretty to look at, but the show itself sucks. I'm only finishing cause I watched the first 2/3rds of it, so I might as well finish it. I kept hoping for 'something better', but it hasn't happened, and I think ep 13 is going to be the final.

*ducks to avoid lynch mobs*

And I totally understand the obsessive downloading

I'm currently keeping up to date on Utawarerumono and Higurashi no Naku Koro ni. I'm about 2 weeks behind on Haruhi.

Although checking ANN shows that the show I was talking about will have 14 eps, not 13.

The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya (TV) will probably ALSO have 26... as ANN says that they only HAVE 14... they have been updating this number each time a new eps. has been released in Japan. Because the number has already surpassed the usual 13... I'm pretty sure it will be 26 (educated guess)

I'm pretty sure ANN has always listed the amount of episodes a show will be not the number aired, but you could be right. Oh well.

Edit: Well, at least in Higurashi's case, ANN shows 26 episodes, but only 12 or 13 have aired.

They do normally list the number of eps. total to a show... but I have been watching ANN while watching Haruhi... and they have been updating their list as new eps. have been released. Originally when I first saw ANN they said that their "number of episodes" was 10... now its up to 14.

So after FINALLY getting to the series, with the last paragraph there, it just opened up a whole new can of worms to the series... BTW just noticed something for the first time: on the opening at the end when they depict demony figures (same ones they falshedback with when Hakoro was found), there was also a quick seen at a man frozen in ice... I wonder what that's all about^^ Well, now we know that
Hakuoro had/has a wife of some sort... or his sister married that guy.... whichever^^ Still wonder what he did though...

I also wonder about the man encased in ice. Is that Hakuoro?

I have two feelings about the Rak Shine bombshell. Either--

1. It is a case of mistaken identity
OR
2. The association of Hakuoro with Rak Shine is not entirely correct.

I think Oboro is going to get his clock cleaned by Touka. He has yet to win a major duel.
I saw the raw for episode 12.

-Touka' ears are REALLY weird. Not only do they look like wings, they spread like wings.

-Aruruu abides. That's the only way I can describe it. She's perhaps the only character who can make only a few seconds or minutes really count. *huggles Aruruu*

wow....12 is good. I finally caught up! Except now i'm suffering from unresolvable curiosity, lol. ah well.

I think
he's really Rak Shine in the past. -_- But he was totally posessed or something disturbing like that. After all, the maniacal laughter & glazed eyes! But yeah....shall have to wait and see.
liking this new twist though. and all the new hot chicks. XD I can still appreciate that, even as a girl.
