Friend and drugs

I have a friend who recently got convicted of doing drugs. (He's Christian)

However, even though he claims to have repented and promises to never do it again, I'm not quite so sure. He's been acting odd lately, as if he's been out of it. This is tough for his girlfriend, a strong Christian and a good friend of mine. (They aren't exactly seeing each other currently). Please keep both of them in your prayers, him especially, as they try to make it through this tough time.
