how many of u people play an instrument and such??? do any of you have a band??? or do u sing and write songs???

I play flute, piccolo, piano (sort of), harp, my vocal chords, and taught myself harmonica. I sometimes help in my church's worship team, but other than that I am not in a band. I compose songs almost daily, but most of them do not get written down. I like to compose all kinds of music: jazz, symphonies, instrumental and vocal solos, hymns, you name it.

What about you? Do play any instruments?

But yeah, I sing a little. I sing in the praise band at my school, but I don't know if that really counts as a band, since the members are always being switched out yearly (seniors can't stay forever, haha). It's always a lot of fun, though!

As for writing music, nope. I couldn't if I tried. XD

I paly french horn and melliphone, I'm in concert ensemble and a pep band, and I'm trying to learn to arrange music for the pep band but havn't had the time to hammer out the details of that process.

I can kinda play the guitar and sometimes play with church worship team.
I used to play the saxophone but I haven't picked one up in so long I am not sure if I still plat it or not...
I used to sing in a concert choir that would tour about but again, that was a while back so I'm badly out of practice.

When I was in junior high I was in band and played the sousaphone(tuba)and then in high school I got started on the baritone but didn't follow through because we moved to Alaska.

yeah.. im into music ^_^ i play flute, piccolo, piano ( a tiny bit) ... i tried playing guitar and cello but... well.... im not very good at it. i sing alot ^_^ and i love to write songs and compose music... i don't the music part of it... just the lyrics........ ^_^ thanks people for replying ^_^

I play guitar, bass and drums (and sing when necessary). I help out with sunday worship, youth worship and college group worship at my church. I've done a bit of recording with my friend. If you're interested, see the link in my siggy. That's cool you play the flute and piccolo; those are cool instruments.

I play in a Sunday morning church band and also for evening church services (though the evening services don't have fixed bands per se.. they are a random mix of people each time).

I play the piano or keyboard, but I prefer a good old piano. I play for the choir at my church, worship at youth group sometimes, and this weekend I got stuck playing for my highschool's graduation. I'm really nervous! I actually just wrote a song a couple weeks ago, but I don't write very often. I like to sing though.
