I am afraid I have no idea. It sounds like it is some kind of electronica. Perhaps a trance mix of something?

I dunno what it is ... it sounds eerily familiar, and I now have a strong desire to find out.
Embraced by a gentle breeze, my heart breaks as I think of you.
All alone at the top of the hill, I watch as the seasons go by.
--
Wishing for courage softly, I pray.
There's no going back now, to those tender days when you held me in your arms.

Trance? The way the electric guitar, synthesizers, and beat emulate machines, and the music's "thud" makes it sound more like an industrial rock piece. Then again though, I read on wikipedia that Industrial music, particularly EBM groups like Front 242 and Cabaret Voltaire, had a definite influence on the creation of trance, particularly Goa Trance. Even so, rivetheads and ravers notoriously don't get along very well.

At any rate, the instrumental epicness of the sample makes it sound like it would be ripe pickings for an action scene in an action movie, it may be there that you know the piece.

Well, no, I doubt it would be a normal trance track. I said it could be a "mix" meaning a remix, which I probably should have clarified. It sounds like someone took something else and remixed it. That is what I mean.

It could be industrial though, you have a point there.

It reminds me of late 80s or early 90s techno from the British islands.
