SPINNING


The world keeps spinning,
As life passes me by.
Another day gone,
Time continues to fly.

The world keeps spinning,
As someone dies.
Tears of lost love,
Yet, the Sun continues to rise.

The world keeps spinning,
A new life is born.
A mother's smile brightens the day,
Yet, someone, somewhere, is forlorn.

The world keeps spinning,
Until I become dizzy beyond restoration.
Time goes by so quickly,
Is it possible to find a place of deceleration?

The world keeps spinning,
As life continues on.
Live each moment to it's fullest,
Before your time is gone...
