*RANT*
I'm really upset right now. For the past 4 or 5 years, my grandfather has been in the process of dying and just this morning (like 12:30 AM) he passed away in a hospice in San Francisco. My grandmother had planned on a certain service (forget what the service is called) that would take his body away for preperation to be buried a week or so ago.
Anyhow, that service called us at about 6 in the morning today and asked if we wanted them to take the body away. They didn't tell us when or anything, they just asked if we still wanted them to do that. Naturally, we said yes.
Then, later today, we found out that they charged us 200 extra dollars. Why? Because they say they had to work to get the body out before it was opening hours for them. I'm so angry over that... If they weren't open for service yet, why did they call us so early and ask us if we wanted them to do it?
I'm just so mad that someone could actually even THINK to capitalize off of this situation in such a dirt-low way... wake a mourning family up early to rob them of an extra 200 dollars... Just... gah.... I wanna crack some skulls right now.
