Cure for the sap?

Anybody got any good cures for feeling sappy? I've been feeling this way all day and I just can't get rid of it. I've tried music, but that's not doing the trick. I need to be rid of it as feeling this way tends to eventually turn into depression if I don't take care of it quickly enough. Depression is no good... soo..

Anyone got any cures?

Generally I spread sap on Waffles...because syrup is made from it..

What do you do with your sap? O_o

XD I kid...

umm.... read an action novel or something...maybe...yeh I got nuthin...

2 major things:

1) If you're of the mind, pray.
2) If you're of the constitution, take a walk...a long walk. And not just a stroll, but an actual exercise.

Exercise is one of the ways that I'm coping, besides putting my day in God's hands.

Get into God. That has always worked for me.

Take a cold shower and then take a long hike in the country.If that doesn't work take a nap.

Do you play any sports? Some aggressive activity to get the adrenaline pumping might change your state of mind.

Sunlight is definately a sure cure for the blues. I've read somewhere that our exposure to the sun influences how our hormornes (mood) operates, and that the less sunlight we receive throughout the day, the more sluggish we feel.

At least in my own experience, the more you're exposed to light emitting from the sun, the less stress you'll feel and eventually might avoid any sort of depression afterwards. So taking a walk in the park on a bright sunny day would help alleviate your mood.
