Seeing as R. Zion's video has gotten a lot of notice, what do the rest of you think about creating and uploading AMVs to youtube specifically for this site?

It would be quite interesting to see all of the different videos the patrons of this fine forum could come up with.

I have most of mine on AMV.org. Once I figure out how to, I should probably put them on youtube as well.

IMNSHO, I think Youtube is a superior medium of showing AMV's despite any drops in quality. THe fact of the matter is that YouTube is accessible, whereas amv.org requires that waiting period before you can watch anything (by the time it was over for me, I forgot I had an account there).

I've just uploaded another of my videos to youtube. This video is a fight video set to the beat of Dance Dance by Fallout Boy and featuring FMA (as all my videos will). There are some fights from later in the series, so beware of spoilers.

Out of my own, one of them is probably inappropriate (not because of the content, but we'll just leave it alone), and I don't like my older ones.

I only have one, and it's not too great. I don't have the capability to go from DVD to a video file anymore, so I can't make any. I made this one with a fansub (which is why there are subs in it) a couple years ago.

This isn't exactly an AMV, but close enough. I made it quite a while ago, bt I still find it pretty heelarious. Ha ha.

Once I get my Grave of the Fireflies DVD back, I'm going to do an AMV to "Suicide is Painless" (the theme to MASH) It fits it so well, and I have some great ideas for it.

Hey R. Zion, the Havoc's Island video never works for me. It says "loading" but the little grey bar never grows, nor do any frames show up...weird.

j00 FTW. That was short, but awesome. I also liked the styles of the anime shown, now I need to go see them. ^_^

EDIT: Well, I just found a use for my spending money (once I acquire it). I should get me some Rurouni Kenshin DVDs (and give Ree-chan hers back XD) and make an AMV set to "Holding Out For a Hero". You remind me now, my memory's not what it used to be. I'm getting too old for this . . .

It usually takes a bit for that one for some reason....just give it time.
