I lurved it! And I don't see where you all think that Kyo was being rude. . . at least I don't remember it. Kyo's always been defensive, but he's really softening up, and I thought it was so sweet when Tohru chased after him after he dumped the cat (XD,) and he took her hand. . . that part was also kind of revealing into Tohru, it makes me think that she really could be developing feelings for him beyond just friends *THOUGH IF ANYONE HAS READ THE END OF THIS SERIES, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DON'T GIVE IT AWAY, BECAUSE I WOULD PROBABLY DIE IF YOU DID.* Sorry, I always have to interject that, I really would be bummed if someone gave the end away for me after I've been into it for so long now. XD. Anyways, this is the first book ever when I was just really glad when Ayame showed up. Yuki's mom was being such a jerk, and I'm sitting there thinking, "Oh man, this is bad," but as soon as Aya throws the door open, I was like, "Oh, yay! Aya is the perfect one to handle this!"
I also think it's interesting that Kyo and Yuki have both apparently gotten to the point where they care about Tohru so much that they're OK with not being the ones to end up with her if she wants something else. They're both becoming more and more selfless with each passing book, which I think is cool to see.
And waaah! Momiji and Momo are soo cute, I hope that all works out!
Be Thou my Vision, O Lord of my heart;
Naught be all else to me, save that Thou art
Thou my best Thought, by day or by night,
Waking or sleeping, Thy presence my light.
Be Thou my Wisdom, and Thou my true Word;
I ever with Thee and Thou with me, Lord;
Thou my great Father, I Thy true son;
Thou in me dwelling, and I with Thee one.
Be Thou my battle Shield, Sword for the fight;
Be Thou my Dignity, Thou my Delight;
Thou my soul’s Shelter, Thou my high Tower:
Raise Thou me heavenward, O Power of my power.
Riches I heed not, nor man’s empty praise,
Thou mine Inheritance, now and always:
Thou and Thou only, first in my heart,
High King of Heaven, my Treasure Thou art.
High King of Heaven, my victory won,
May I reach Heaven’s joys, O bright Heaven’s Sun!
Heart of my own heart, whatever befall,
Still be my Vision, O Ruler of all.
