Gaylord National On The Potomac Hotel

I just learned today at work that the Gaylord National On The Potomac Resort and Convention Center being built at National Harbor will have 500 more rooms and more space added to the convention building before it is finished in 2008. That means the hotel will have 2000 rooms and be 18 stories tall and will the center piece of the National Harbor residential and commercial community under construction along the banks of the Potomac River south of Washington D.C. and close to Interstate 95.
I just wonder which of the anime cons will be the first to book the place for a show?
