Also, thanks Sakura! I had lots of fun recording that.

Really? I've heard amen "ah-men" and "ay-men" my church was really traditional that I grew up in, and we always had these long, drawn-out ahhh-mehhn's. Lots of people say it that way where I'm from... *shrug*

And mastersquirrel, congratulations on making me laugh hard enough that I got a strange look while listening to the Mario track. Hilarious.

ah... i don't really have a place to record right now, otherwise, i hae a ton of ideas floating in my mildly disorganized mind...

i think amen was originally ahmen in latin, but the americans (such as i) distorted it...(no real backing to this claim though) just like exchelsis vs excelcis

also, link antilles, in my mind, sounds remarkably like a xwing pilot, i have no idea why...

oh, and MS should audition for american idol with that mario song!

and finally, we need more songs! they is awesome!

I'd imagine it would work. I mean, I had a Mac when I was in grade school that came with a mic and it was pretty good. Maybe AIM is just evil.

Why thank you very much, and I'm quite certain that I'm gonna keep recording random stuff for a while. I'm currently trying to record the song "My Girl" (done by the Temptations) with all the different singing parts. I really love playing with this recorder too much...

Wow, this thread has REALLY grown in the last day. I figured I might as well get on the singing bandwagon, so I sang one of my favorite songs by Gilbert and Sullivan. The following is "I am the Very Model of a Modern Major General" without the music. The melody isn't much (as you can probably tell from my poor version) but the words are quite funny (to me at least).

It took me forever to think of what this reminded me of! I think it sounds just like the song from the Serenity video. (I THINK that's what it reminds me of...)

And finally, after much thinking, picking out parts, and finally recording them one at a time. Here is "My Girl", as performed by the Temptations, arranged by MS (Meaning I cut out one part just because I didn't know how it went  ).

Uhh... I did mine, but... it's in wav format. I'm probably not gonna be allowed to get that mp3 recorder or whatever it is. Also, is it ok to upload with ripway.com? If not, please tell me the website you all get it from. Thx! I'm gonna need some help here. Sry for being stupid.
