Hmmmm room at home not very interesting, but my dorm at school is awesome! My roomie and I have posters everywhere and then different fabrics hotglued all over the walls and ceiling (like a big pillow or softwallpaper or something).
For Christmas our whole hall wrapped their doors with wrapping paper and then put lights around the rooms and all. ALso they coverd the lights with colored paper so the whol hall looked red and green. I first walked out and thought I had been looing at the computer too long..... Its all cool tho! ^_^

Right now it's not that messy before. It's clean. Frightfully clean if you may ask me... Organized...no stuff under my bed, no shoes lying around on the floor, no books on the floor. They are in the box right now. Aight, I gotta scoot.

I have alot of posters...I get like a new one every week. There is barely ANY white space on my walls. There is even posters on my ceiling! My computer is on the left side of my room, my flatscreen (Image) TV on the right side, my bed infront of the TV. Behind it is a Blink 182 poster with a cross on the very top of the wall. To the left of the Blink Poster going down the main wall of the right side of my room are the following posters and thingys in this order: Limp Bizkit Poster, Original Closing of Naptster Paper Article, Final Fantasy X Hand-Drawn Promo Poster, Promo Exteremly hard to find Kingdom Hearts poster, Wolverine mini poster, 2 Gladius posters, Advent Children poster, Matrix Original Poster, DBZ Holographic SSJ Gokou poster, 3 comics. The going down the front wall of my room. Holographic Freezer Poster, Enter the Matrix Poser....I'm just going to stop there. It would take forever. Newayz there is a window on the back of my room, and a closet on the left wall.

The end.

my room looks kinda cramped, its painted white (like the whole house) I have a simple altar next to my bed with a picture of my mom next to the lord. I stapled the flag of switzerland on my bed's headboard because I can't find a crucifix that I can hang on it (improvising is one of my many talents).

I have a rouroni kenshin poster with kaouru that looks like she's praying.
almost all of my wall is ocupied with videogame wallpaper that come monthly with my EGM subscription.

I have a barbell that is hidden under my bed. on my study table I got my captain america super posable action figure (really cool, with 40-45 points of articulation) and my stereo with my cd collection (ramstein, kiss, and yes even marilyn manson and rob zombie)

near wall: DBZ poster on my closet door, unopened action figure packages and old Nintendo joystick hanging from the wall
left wall: dresser with a half-dead stereo and a thick layer of dust on it
right wall: desk with tv, PS2, video games, and a bowling pin on it.
far wall: window with blinds (also covered with a thick layer of dust), messy bed, shelf with DVDs, videos, graphic novels, and a few more action figures on it.

Trust me, you don't want to know what my room looks like. But, I'll tell ya anyway.

First off, before you go any further, I should warn you that my room hasn't been cleaned since it was painted in April of 2003. If you're scared already, you probably just want to skip the next few paragraphs.

I'll start with the bed. It's one of those really cool queen-size beds with the drawers under it and lights and a mirror on the head-board thingy, whatever it's called. Of course, I might as well have a twin size, cause half of my bed is covered in everything from old homework papers, leftover Christmas candy, new homework papers, some clothes, artwork, books, to a stuffed Mokona, an Umi plushie, and a brand new Ascot plushie I just got for Christmas! (KAWAII! )

As for the other half, it's clean except for the pillow and blankets, and the bed's never made.

On the headboard-thingy, it's mostly trash that I'm way too lazy to throw away. But, I do have another Umi doll up there, and a radio alarm clock in a lovely green color. Oh, yeah, and a lava lamp I got for my b-day. And not to mention a week-old-almost-empty-mug-o-hot-cocoa. (Hey, that's actually not so bad. I've found moldy chicken and moldy grapes in my room before. And by the way, have you ever seen moldy apple juice? I have! :jump: )

Now from the bed to the floor. On one side of the bed, there is a very large basket sleeve that I actually won from some Longaberger basket drawing, and I use that to contain my clean clothes. Yes, c-l-e-a-n clothes. All my dirty stuff winds up on the floor no matter what I do. Also close to my bed is my karaoke machine, which I only use as a regular stereo. And then on the floor near the door is my beloved little backpack I use for everything I take out of my room (I actually call it 'chibi chibi,' for no real reason).

The rest of the floor is clothes, old stuffed animals, cardboard boxes in an attempt to actually clean my room, and probably a dimension to another world if only I could find it.

Now to my shelves/dresser/whatever. It's got all the junk you could ever want! I've got collector's spoons, beanie babies, jewelry boxes, those old Burger King Pokemon cards, some actual Pokemon cards, old purses, little horsie figurines, Dragonball Z action figures, blahdy blahdy blah.

In another corner of my room I have an actual xylophone/bell set/whatever you wanna call it. I'm actually taking lessons, and at the very least it sure beats piano (I've never played the piano, but my sister did for a little while).

Then there's a Chicago Bulls locker next to my door (I use to like them. Now I just like the locker). It's full of random stuff, just like the rest of the room.

And now, I shall describe the walls. I have a Rayearth OVA wallhanger in between my two windows, and I have various other Rayearth posters, including both stuff I bought, stuff I made, and there's also one I've been meaning to put up but never got around to it. Then I have some of those free posters you get on back-to-school night and a bulletin board that has a bunch of cool pictures on it.

Now, last but not least, my door. On the front of the door is more Rayearth pictures (Hey, guess what my fave manga/anime is!)! I've attached a picture that is actually on my door at the time.

So, there are many other things I haven't mentioned (like the laminated Ascot picture taped to my switchplate, even the Ascot 'Keep Out' door knob sign...) but you're probably scared enough already. The chance that one of you people out there can even attempt to call me 'tidy' is about the same as the chance of me eating mashed potatoes! (One of my two least fave foods in the world, the other being orange juice just because I'm allergic to it! Oh, great, now someone's gonna try to call me tidy just to get me to eat mashed potatoes... I won't do it, I tell you, never!) :comp:

I'm done now.

lets see...my rooms jammed packed

it's painted yellow and i have light blue carpet. my bed is yellow and light green with a few flowers scattered randomly on it and is to the right of my door that leads to the living room. in front of it is a light green and yellow rug, as well as a flower rug in beside it. on the other side of my bed is a 'bakers shelf' thing with glass shelves and it holds antique glass powder boxes w/various glass animals on them which i collect. on the wall next to it is my cd holder that i made in woodshop in 8th grade with loads of indie rock and christian rock cds. beside that is my bookshelf with my 5-CD changer stereo on the top of it, then on the shelves are my various candles I light and figurines, then my books on the next shelf, then my electronic stuff and portable cd player and hookups. on each side of my bookshelf is a clay sea turtle that hangs on the wall. on the other wall is my chest drawers and my tv/vcr is on top of it as well as my gamecube and games. next to it is my computer on a table with alot of junk on it and next to that is the doors to my closet. on the other wall is my table that holds my Bible, purse, and schoolbooks. Then theres my door that leads to the hall, my dresser with all my junk and jewelry and clothes on and in it. On my walls are a bunch of pics and collages i put together of my friends, a Relient K poster, a Bible scripture stained glass thing, a "students bill of rights on a public school campus" poster, a butterfly mobile, pics of really pretty flowers i framed, shelves with various items on it, 2 Chinese lanterns hanging above my bed, and the best of all...a Legolas collage poster next to my bed.

Welp, that's it...thanks for touring my room! It's not very big it just seems that way cos of my extensive details.

Now on my computer's table, it's packed with dirty cups. I know, I'll clean em later. And yall, hope you can clean your room as much as often, ya might want to check to make sure ther's no bugs and stuff that they can hide in, if ya catch my drift. It's winter. Bugs come in and look for warm. Yeeech! Bye now.

Right now this place is an absolute shambles (lots of stuff in boxes and bags that needs to be unpacked and put away, and no time thanks to my call schedule to do it), but I'll throw together some snapshots as soon as this place is presentable.

Well, this is a pic of my old apartment. This is actually just my room - the rest of the place was taken up by my roommate's stuff. Except for my couch and kitchen table - but I think you guys will survive without seeing those.

I'll describe my room at home, as opposed to my dorm room at school.

My room is painted white and the tile on the floor is a shade of deep blue with khaki or tan highlights in it (I definitely wouldn't call it marbled though). I have one of my pianos (a wood upright) in the far right corner, with my wardrobe (for there are no closets in my room) of the same wood shade on that same wall, but closer to the door. On the piano, I have two pics, a few of my little things I've gotten from traveling (yeah, sadly I could call them nick nacks), etc you know the deal. My bed is directly north of the piano, with my bookcase in between the two (but literally no space to stand in there). To the left of my bed is a gigantic desk which came after I left for school and crammed in between my desk and my bed is my little nightstand with my Bible, clock and such on that. On the desk is literally everything I brought home from school except my clothes, which are in a hugs laundry basket in front of the wardrobe, but that's just a side note. Directly alongside of the ominous and gargantuine desk is my old dresser, which only has old clothes that I don't wear anymore in it (for the most part. I think there may be a few extra blank journals in there or some of my old ticket stubs that I've been saving for years in a little box...). Anyway, south of the dresser is my old desk, which now has all my mom's sewing machine/supplies on it (yes, my room is a storage room of sorts when I'm not there. We moved the kitty litter box out when I got back...). Below that would be a big white shelving unit of sorts, which is jammed full with anything my family can't find a place for. I think that's all the contents of my room, in surface. I have pics and posters sparsely placed on the walls and a bunch of flat little novelty items taped onto my door on my side. I like it quite a lot... when I'm home, that is. ;)

It's very tempting to just say "messy" and be done with it, but since you're all just dying to know what my room looks like.

One wall has a window out to the front yard, a Beatles poster and a bulletin board with some golfers on it. Then on another wall I have a quilt I made in 7th grade math (don't ask why we made a quilt in math; I really don't know), A poster with a VW bug on it, and a comic strip I drew in 6th grade. On another wall, I have my closet, and I have a mirror with these loops on it that hold my belt, necklace, and homeade Wayne's World cap. The last wall has a cabinet thing with drawers that holds up my TV/VCR/Gamecube. Then on the ground (which is where most of the stuff is anyway) I have my two guitar stands, one for my acoustic and one for my electric, then my computer tower, and then my desk, which has my moniter. That's probably about it...

Finally, after heroic cleaning of at least portions of this apartment ... here's my desk o' system consoles, and on the other side of the room, the DC, DVDs, futon and other stuff. ^^

On the computer desk, left to right, a Mac Plus huddling in the background, the dual G4, the Commodore 128DCR, and a 486DX/40 utility laptop. Yes, that's a Bud Light table topper even though I don't drink; I stole it when I was in college from the local Round Table because I thought it was funny. I don't know who did the photograph in the large frame, but I think it's fabulous, and it was only $7 at a garage sale.

On the DVD side of the room, you can see most of my anime and Ranma box sets, some of the James Bond collection, the DC stuff (it has a Broadband adaptor but it's not wired into the apartment network yet), and some of the Mission: Impossible video tapes and my way-too-big stack of CDs. That's the Nordic Track ski machine that the rope is hanging off of.

My room is so small...I hate it...but I've done what I can :D. My rooms white from the top to the center then it has a chair rail then it goes to navy blue. (My room got redone over christmas :D) Then on my walls I have...1...2...5 posters. 3 Stooges, Jaws, Matrix: Reloaded, LOTR: ROTK, and 007. Then I have my dresser with a few tropheys and my spot for my alarm clock and my wallet and stuff. Then I got my TV Entertainment Center. 27" Flat Screen TV (not plasma) along with my stereo, PS2 and a side cabinet with my collection of DVDs and games. On top of the Center is my autographed St. Louis Cardinal's stuff, and an awesome MnM dispenser (has red in a car with green lol). Then my closet with my clothes, shoes, and the usual junk at the top on the shelf. Thats pretty much it. Oh and my bed thats freaken huge!!!! My room's blue. Yep. Middle sized, with a bed in the middle with sheets that don't match the stencilling (sunflowers...against my will) on the walls. On one side of the bed is a desk covered in papers three feet thick, and on the other is a nightstand (where my inu-yasha trading cards live) and a CD player. On the opposite wall is a bookshelf containing: My manga collection, my Bible, two books from the DragonLance series, my Gundam models, my pencil boards, and my sinster black Vash the Stampede action figure. On the wall next to my bookshelf is a Fushigi Yuugi wallscroll and a Tidus wallscroll. On the wall above my desk are cells from Inu-yasha and Gundam Wing. And on my mirror, which is next to my desk, is every other poster I own that I'm not allowed to tape to the walls. ^.~

my room is small too....without sitting ont he bed, you can fit...ehhh...15 guys and that would be a tight suqeeze.

Anyways....I have a high bed. Used to be a bunk bed (minus the bottum bunk) when I was 10 but we cut off the Stilts so it's just a high bed. Kinda long but very comfy. It's in a corner so when i turn to my left i face a wall. I like pillows so I use 4 pillows. I have a small desk/drawer with my clothes in it next to me with a lamp, c.d/clcok/alarm/radio thing, tissues, and finger nail clippers. I have several posters up (LOTR: FOTR, MATRIX: Reloaded, Super Tones, and a Micheal Jordan poster). I have a small toy chest with magazines and junk in it.

A small prtable t.v. for my playstation, a book rack with tons of books, another desk/drawer with yet again magazines, junk, etc. I have a paper-mache hammerhead shark I made in 3rd garde, a Pippin and Uruk-Hai action figures, a super-posable Gollum action figure on these drawers.

In my closet I have clothes hanging up and ont he bottom, several old stuff (valentine cards form like 4th grade  ), Beast Wars action figures :thumb:, and drawings done by me. Underneath my bed I have a old computer tower thing (used to have a monitor) and last but not leats a light blue hamper.

My carpet is mediocre brown and I have off-white wall paper.

Used to have a lizard (Great Mountain Horned Dragon) name Gandalf but he died this summer. So I don't have my 25-foot tank in there anymore :sniffle:

Thinking bout getting something else again

I'm in college, so I only have half a room. Luckily, I don't have a roommate so I can take over the whole suite! The walls are cinderblock and an ugly cream color. So, I put butterflies all over the wall. I have a Blue Man Group poster up too. I made my own curtains. They're a dark pink with a blue and green border made from bandanas.

I have my textbooks on the floor. My desk is long, so I am able to put my TV, VCR, DVD player, printer and laptop all on top. It's kinda cluttered, but I can't seem to keep anything neat long so I don't worry.
