Yeah! We beat out Megatokyo! Take that, Megatokyo!

Just kidding. XD

*hides from the wrath of Fred Gallagher fans* o.o;;

All joking aside, that's pretty cool. We even beat out animemusicvideos.org, which is pretty impressive, I think.

Woah! That is cool! Hopefully we'll be in the top-five in the near future. Or at least the top-ten.

This honour however might mean an onslaught of trolls in the near future (bleak me, I know) but surely we can beat them easily. :)

That's pretty awesome... yet I wonder if that had anything to do with the recent troll barrage.

Still... pwned Toykopop... that's something.

I'm impressed by some of the sites we beat in the rankings. It's a shame they only mentioned the reviews in the blurb though. They are very important, but there's so much more here as well.

Yeah, however everything I have seen concerning CAA on the internet seems to be focused on the reviews section.

Anyways, congrats CAA. It's very awesome to see this. I must say that this site has grown and accomplished alot over the years.

Theme Scripture: Stand fast therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and do not be entangled again with a yoke of bondage. (Galatians 5:1)

And a verse for all us single folks: Do we have no right to take along a believing wife, as do also the other apostles, the brothers of the Lord, and Cephas? (1 Corinthians 9:5)

Thanks everyone for the excitement and well-wishing. We're excited about this, too. Even if it does bring more trolls (we can take 'em!), even if all they know us for is our reviews (we do have a really awesome system in place), our name is still getting out there, and that means that God can be reaching out to lives that would have never been impacted without us. We're doing the kingdom's work, and I think God will be faithful to reward us for our efforts. But for the record, I'm suprised too that we beat out animemusicvideos.org and minitokyo.

Wow, I thought that Anime Fringe was shutting down, or else I would have been looking for this again this year. We placed again this year, which is great. We should have had a voting campaign again!

But yeah, it's the same blurb as last year's. A little unrepresentative, but that's A-okay!

Yay for CAA! Woohoo! :thumb:

EDIT

Um... Well, I did some digging, and this is actually last year's results that we're talking about.

The results were released in January 2005, and the list was named best sites for 2005, but the voting took place in 2004. Anime Fringe is shutting down (their current issue is supposed to be their last).

So this comes a year late, but once again, congratulations to CAA for placing so high.

Here's the link to the voting campaign I mentioned above. I remember it cause I started it... http://www.christiananime.net/showthread.php?t=13723

And here's the link to the January 2005 issue of AF. Look for the top sites link at the bottom, and you'll realize it's from January. http://www.animefringe.com/magazine/2005/01/

Sorry to burst the bubble, though.

Ooh, you are right rogie-san.

Well If we were up there last year, I wonder how we would have placed this year.

I'm suprised too that we beat out animemusicvideos.org and minitokyo.

Was that intentional? ;)
