Short comedy recommendations

I am looking for a comedy series that is both friendly on budget and enjoyment. Is there a good series that spans 1-3 discs?

Those Who Hunt Elves is funny, and only 2 discs long. When you get money again, it also has a sequel series, Those Who Hunt Elves II.

Given the subject matter (stripping elves to find magical symbols), there is almost no nudity or sexual situations. There is language, though.

There is Master of Mosquiton, a vampire/horror/romantic/comedy series, two discs long for about 20 bucks the set. However when you say "friendly on enjoyment"...you can check the review for it here to see if it fits your style.

Thanks for the suggestions guys!

I believe I've seen only one episode of Those who Hunt Elves. I've since stayed away from it because I felt it might turn into a fanservice show. But I might reconsider that now.

Jubei Chan: The Secret Of The Lovely Eye Patch is a somewhat older title but very funny. It now has a sequel of which the final volume was recently released. This title also has a review here on the site.
