I definitely do love anime, but it's not an all consuming obsession for me - it does link a lot of my other interests, though. I enjoy drawing, so I draw anime styled characters. I enjoy writing immensly, and some of my inspiration is drawn from series I like. I love dolls and sewing, so I sew cosplay costumes and plushies. ^_^; I guess all my hobbies mesh together a lot.

I chose the second option, as it is probably closest to my position. For me anime is like any other medium, with worthwhile and worthless series, but it is a medium that I have had almost no exposure to prior to recent years. Therefore it consumes more of my time than, say, classic literature, which I have had many years to read.

I have to say a little bit. I love the art style and read manga, but I rarely watch anime. Even if I did, it's almost always one-time movie viewings, rather than extended TV series.

no caa was not the reason. see i love to draw. i was mostly drawing anime, but i was never proud of any of my drawings, anime wasn't really challenging enough. so i decided to draw more realistic things. so my love for anime died when my love for drawing anime died.

3rd Option for me. I really do not like most anime. There are a few I have enjoyed. But to be honost, I rarely check out any new anime. (most people already knew this about me)

I really love anime, but school has consumed my life for months. I haven't really had much time for it because of that. Luckily, though, I've gotten the Noir box set for Christmas. Because I got it for Christmas, I'm compelled to make time to watch it! Yay for being compelled!

That is one of the few anime that I've watched all of. Good series.

My interest in anime is a by-product of my love for manga, so it's not as compelling as for some.
