I thought New Jersey was somewhere near Nevada. I do not know why I thought that...

I thought that women could just get pregnant at any time... They'd just "try" and it would happen... I never got the stork story... Or Santa Claus, for that matter.

I thought that the santa on the tags of gifts at Christmas meant it was from my dad, while a dog on the tag meant it was from my dog... And Mrs. Claus, well, I guess it would have had to have been from my mom, but the Santa one was more believeable... He actually sorta looked like Santa...

I thought that every fly I saw by itself was my imaginary friend and would get very upset when someone tried to kill them (eew, I was stupid child... I hate flies now)

I thought that I had a book of magic (it was Childcraft's "Magic of words" about language and grammer and stuff) and was afraid to open it because I knew magic was bad, but really wanted to use them... Hehe

I really believed in genies...

I believed that a pink sky meant Jesus was coming that night, and stayed out in a tent on one of those nights to prove it to my nephew (who is OLDER than me, by the way... I was, like, 4 at the time and he was 7 or 8...)
I used to think girls and boys were built the same sexually except that girls had breasts... Seeing baby girls made me think that the male parts grew later in life... I was quite shocked to see a baby boy who had them... I figured it must just be some babies who do, and some who don't
I thought barbers would spray my hair with something to make it grow faster, so I'd have to get haircuts more often.

I thought my vision was perfect, and didn't understand why stars twinkled on movies and cartoons...

I also never figured out the the Bobtail mentioned in the song was the name of the horse.

Oooohhhhhh, now the song makes a lot more sense to me...seriously...I learn something new every day.

When I was little I thought I was a lion and would run around on all fours in public carrying stuffed animals in my mouth. And, since I was a Lion King fanatic, I also used to think that my uncle was going to kill my father...lol...
Heart of Sword's Rhapsody

Money, get away
Get a good job with good pay and you're okay
And all and all you're just another brick in the wall
Shoutin’ in the street gonna take on the world some day
But Bismallah will not let me go
Because I'll see you on the dark side of the moon

Tommy used to work on the docks
Union's been on strike
Bright eyes burning like fire
And exposing every weakness
However carefully hidden by the kids

Who will love a little Sparrow
Who's traveled far and cries for rest
Spare him his life from this monstrosity

I've seen a million faces and I've rocked them all
And if the band youre in starts playing different tunes
We will we will rock you
We will we will rock you!

I used to think that broccoli shrunk when you cooked it, because I would see my mom buy these big stalks of broccoli, and then when it came time to eat it, they were tiny!

Hmm...

I thought there was a rhino, a raptor, a butcher, a zombie, Darth Vador, a Rancor, and a wierd liguid-like demon from Little Nemo under my bed. My friends and I decided to make some food so we picked up dog poop, rolled it in sand, and tried to make one someone eat it saying it was a chocolate cookie. I tried selling animal pictures I drew when I was 7 on my driveway for $100 per picture. I thought that peanut butter and bananas would make me big and strong - I thought it made me have that Popeye and spinach affect. My cousin and I made a whole bunch of home movies and one was a Street Fighter movie where we fought as the characters - in which I promptly mooned the camera. I poured shampoo into a goldfish tank cause I thought they looked dirty - they died. I thought the back room of my grandmothers house was full of monsters and her pool had octopuse's and dead zombie squirrels (I did see a dead squirrel there so that freaked me out). I also thought big foot lived in the woods back into my grandmothers yard behind the rusty shed. and...

I kissed a girl in front of my teacher and the principle when I was in first grade.

I used to believe that babies (truly, honestly, and utterly) were delivered by storks to the doorstops of soon-to-be mothers. I think Dumbo was a major influence.
