Avatars and the Forums

Do you use the same avatar for each forum you frequent or do you have more than one? If so, what are they?

I use two others. One is Humphrey Bogart (formerly Lt Col Maes Hughes) and another is Manuel Calavera (formerly Homsar).

I tend to not have the same avatar on different forums. I have Trodgor as one, and the tricycle kid from The Incredibles, where he says at the end "THAT WAS TOTALLY WICKED!!!1!1" (when the house gets destroyed).

I have several avatars, but I haven't used all of them yet. I have a few characters from Inuyasha, final fantasy (Cloud, Reno, and Tifa), and some of Motoko from Love Hina.

I have two other avatars.

One is a gif, that I made of my dog waging her tail. The other is a pic of the headless horseman.

I don't use avatars. :P

It's been that for awhile, though I did have one of Kaku (which I also used here) and another of the infamous Hammer Gun edit.

I also had Lavos on the Game Maker forums, but I haven't been there in awhile, so I forgot if I changed it...

I try to keep up the (usual) Mi-chan image on all my boards. Of course, all my boards=two message boards.
Every year in Uganda, innumerable children simply. . . disappear. These children all stolen under the cover of darkness from their homes and impressed into the guerilla armies of the LRA [Lord's Resistance Army]. In the deserts of Uganda, they are forced to witness the mindless slaughter of other children until they themselves can do nothing but kill. Kill. These children, generally ranging from ages 5-12, are brainwashed into murdering in the name of the resistance and into stealing other children from their beds to suffer the same fate.

Because of this genocide of innocence, hundred and hundreds of children live every night sleeping in public places miles from their homes, because they know that if the do not-- they will disappear. They will become just another number in this genocide to which the international community has chosen to turn a blind eye. They will become, in affect, invisible-- Invisible Children.

But there are those who are trying to fight against this slaughter of Uganda's children. They fight to protect these "invisible children." Please, help them help a country full of children who know nothing by fear. Help save the innocence. For more information concerning how you can help and how you can get an incredible video about this horrific reality, visit the Invisible Children home page.

Between all the message boards I frequent, I tend to have different avatars.

Incidentally, I never change my avatar often except on CAA. I'm surprised Christmas Wolfram has managed to last this long. XD;

I change avatars all the time; usually I make a variety of avatars custom-designed for the board I'm on so that I can switch out from time to time; right now it's just a cheap-and-cheesy Yahoo!Avatars avatar I made for a different board - I didn't have time last night to make a new one for this board's dimensions and size restrictions, and most of my other 90x90 avatars (from other boards) are inappropriate for this board.

So yeah. Y!Avatar is nice to fall back on because it actually looks like me, except that I've gone back to my natural hair color now (dark brown) instead of the red I had when I made that avatar.

I don't really go to any other boards, though I am addicted to LJ icons and MSN display pics, which are sort of the same thing. I get a lot of those from this site.

My one goal for this board, just to be stubborn, is to try my best never to have an anime avatar. Because I'm weird like that.

This is actually the first forum I joined, and I didn't put much thought into my avatar. It is too late to change it now, of course. On all other forums, I almost always use Mave's version of me, but I have used Alucard (of Hellsing) in the past.

On CAA I always use this character of mine, though I don't change avatars that often.

I was going to start making new avatars on a regular basis, but I became surprisingly busy and haven't had time to do so. Thus, I had a short-term avatar up for significantly longer than I had intended.

I made a quick christmas avatar from the same base on Friday (I had the day off), but tomorrow I'm going to change back to the one I use everywhere else.

So you won't be seeing Ingemar's glorious visage in my avatar any more. You may all grieve in advance.
