Anyone seen it? I just finished watching this movie, and I must say it was a bit of a letdown. Plot holes are very attentive. My favourite Ghilbi movie is still Mononoke though! Any thoughts?

Meh, I'm gunna save my bandwith till it comes out in a bit... (March 7th to be exact).

Oh so Disney says the next "Miyazaki wave" will feature Howl, along with Whisper of the Heart and (finally!) Totoro!

I actually thought it was a great movie. I also found the story to use humor at the right times . I'll agree some points are hard to follow without having read the book prior to it... So I just searched online.

Whisper of the Heart is another film I want to see eventually.

I saw it in the movie theatre awhile back... I believe it was released in select cities/theatres.

Stupid select theatres thing >_< There's like, only one place in the whole province that ever airs Ghibli movies and it's pretty far away to get there :/ Even though our theatre usually shows "selected theatre" movies (it's an old-fashioned large single one, too) :/
