Yep. That series was so cool. I wish it was still on.

Gundam Wing, 08th MS Team, Gundam Seed (even though I haven't seen much of it :sniffle: ), and... no, I think that's it. Those are the only Gundam series I've seen

I've seen very little of Gundam: only Seed and Wing/Endless Waltz. That said, let me say that Seed is my least favorite anime of all time and Wing is my favorite.

My favorite is definitely G Gundam. True, it can be a bit cheesy at times, but it's still a really fun series. I also really enjoy the original Gundam. To tell you the truth , I'm not much of a Wing fan anymore(despite my screenname, yah I know it doesn't make too much sense) but i still enjoy Endless Waltz and sometimes I watch my old Wing dvds just for nostalgia, 'cuz Wing was really the series that got me into anime. As for Seed, bleh, I think it's just a bad rehash of the original series with a very unhealthy dose of corny teen angst.

I've seen Gundam Wing, Endless Waltz and Gundam SEED. Gundam SEED was my favorite out of the three, though. I loved the animation and the music in that series a lot :).

hmmmm, *wonders if he should say it or not, decides that he will say it*

um, how can i put this, g gundam is the power rangers equivalent in the gundam storylines, im surprised that they didn't somehow have all the gundams come together to beat down the main bad guy, sry, don't mean to trash talk it like that, but they coulda done a lot more with that if they had wanted to

personally, i really liked gundam wing, both the series and the movie, i also like the original mobile suit gundam along with all the mini-series that took place in the same universe and all that, i thought that was cool how they showed different aspects of the war throughout the time that it went on, gundam seed was alright, it kinda seemed like a cross between mobile suit gundam and gundam wing 'cus there was a heavy military influence throughout it, but at the same time each of the main mobil suits had very different "personalities" so to speak

oh, and here's a warning

DO NOT WATCH G-SAVIOR IF YOU CAN HELP IT!!! AND ESPECIALLY DON'T PAY MONEY TO WATCH IT!! IT'S THE WORST PROGRAM WITH THE NAME GUNDAM ON IT IN THE ENTIRE MULTIVERSE OF GUNDAMS!!!!!

I was wondering if anyone would mention G -Saviour!! :wow!: (what I really need is a barfing smiley! )

But I'd disagree with you on the Power Rangers association, YK. Is G Gundam cheesy? Yes indeedy. But somehow that just adds to its quirky charm. The characters are well-developed, and the sense of devotion and honor and true friendship are really nicely done. And besides all that, it's just plain fun! :) Where else can you see a giant robot that looks like a fish or a windmill?? But it also has some truly awesome mecha with very creative special attacks. And it does have quite a few moments that grab at the heartstrings. I would also put G Gundam at the top of the Gundam heap. :)

I haven't seen much of the earlier UC series. I tried to get through F91 and couldn't stand the boredom. The people and the mech were lifeless. I liked Wing, though I must admit I got very tired of Heero saying "I will kill you, Relena." :eyeroll: Wing Zero custom is one of my favorite mecha of all time. I liked Seed alright, except Flay's sexual antics ruined it for me. (Sorry, Mitsuki Lover! ;)) And the mech moved waaaaay too fast to really enjoy their movements. The launch sequences were the best parts of Seed. (Yah, I watch the silly shows mainly for the machinery. :)) I've heard from my gundam-loving friend in Japan that Seed Destiny is much better. Can't wait to see it.

Thanks for starting this thread, Isstatic! Never knew there were more than 2 GGundam lovers in the whole country! *heehee* In case you would like to fritter away a bit more time on the web, here are a couple of websites that gundam lovers might enjoy:

I absolutely love Gundam Seed/Gundam Seed Destiny...but those are the only Gundam series that I've really watched.

I've seen my brother watching others, but never really took the time to sit down and join him.

Maybe I should. =D

My first Gundam love was Gundam Wing. Just because the story made me feel SO SMART after figuring out how the pieces went together~ ^^;

And I loved G Gundam. Me and my brother watched it all the time. We even taped 3 videos of it~ Sometimes I would make fun of it and imitate Domon and Raine getting all sappy with each other, but it was still fun~ haha

IMO one that I think are the better gundams shows.

The reasons what I like these.

Gundam 0080, I just feel that this one was one of the best UC stories made. Gundam Z, maybe up there, but untill I see it. Gundam 0080 my all time fav.

08TH MS team, this is another UC story that was done very well. It was a side story of MSG and it closed out the one year war. It's like Gundams meet Nam.

Char's Counter Attack, the last battle between Char and Amuro. Nuff said! I just wish the ending was a little better, but oh well!

Gundam Wing and Endless Waltz, it was the anime to get me into anime. I'm not as a big fan of GW as I use to be, but I still like it. But I still love Gundam Endless Waltz (the movie ver). My id name really came form Wingzero in Endless Waltz. I didn't like Wingzero thtat much in Gundam Wing, but I just fell in love with Wingzero in Endless Waltz. The angel wings were so cool!

Gundam Seed, as much I know that there are alot of people that like it and all. I just tried to get into GS, but I just couldn't.

G Gundam, was another one that I tried to get into, but I just didn't like.

The one UC Gundam that I didn't like was, Gundam 0083. That anime was all hype, but it never live up to the hype at all or I didn't think it did. The only thing that I can say anything good about Gundam 0083 is, it was the Gundam anime that first give us, Gundam vs Gundam fight and it had some great music in it.

G -Saviour and Turn a Gundam has to be the two worst gundams every made. Then again, G-Saviour was a LA and not anime anyway, so that tell you how bad it is. I just couldn't stand Turn a Gundam and it's WWI gundam looks at all.

I really like Gundam 0080. I think it has really strong story and the characters are really likeable. My second favorite would have to be G-Gundam
