I joined MYSPACE about two days ago. I think that it is a really awsome site, though people can definately use it the wrong way. People, especially teens and younger kids have to be careful about the information they are giving out on their "MYSPACE"'s. Somtimes too much information that does not need to be said is given, just for the sake of answering one of those accursed SURVEYS. ALL SURVEYS MUST BURN!
The main reason that I am writing here is because I have found something on Myspace that really irritates me: the ad banners. They are making me furious. It's one thing that they exist at all, but to have sexually explicit material their, women with hardly enough clothes on, makes me wonder about the creaters of this place that they would allow those things to be there. It's really hard to have a Blog about Christ and Christianity, and my trying to stay pure with those things on all sides of my post.
It's just distracting, and not necessary. If they need ads, could they at least be more modest ones? The only solution I can see is a petition, but i don't think that many people will be irriated for somethign to change.
