interesting article.... i wouldnt be suprised if excersize was an answer to many life long problems.

Thank goodness. It.s nice to know my favorite exercise (making the leg rest on my recliner go up and down) will eventually pay off. One, two. One, two. One, two...

hehe cool, I do know that it makes you happier and feel refreshed and more energetic, so helping your brain and body like that pays off in more than one way at least ^^

yea i learned when i got to college.. i went from 115-120 to 165 lbs all in one year... that was from age 19-20 ish. Keep active or it will cetch up...

boy i learned the hard way!!!

Exercising is said to actually help fight many common diseases, so I'm not at all too suprised. Good thing I exercise about 5hrs a week. :)

Exercising in front of the TV is one of the best decisions I've made recently. :grin:

It's a bit annoying to see ppl focus so much on dieting and totally disregard the benefits of exercising.
