oh also, my family in phoenix are really mean to me, so it makes me cry a lot. CAA helps me calm down and think rationally. It is a time to be away from others on this side of my computer and talk to you guys on your side of the computer.

You watch Scooby Doo often or something? ^^;;;
I would be without friends because all my true friends are online and the world outside seems so much prettier through a window. Thanks to all my friends, you guys really support me.

My eyes would be thanking me for not being on here everyday. Sorry eyes, but I enjoy my CAA fix.

Hoorah, recruits, Hoorah!
Arise now, arise, Riders of Théoden!
Dire deeds awake, dark is it eastward.
Let horse be bridled, horn be sounded
forth Eorlingas!

Hoorah, members, Hoorah
Arise now, arise, Riders of Théoden!
Dire deeds awake, dark is it eastward.
Let horse be bridled, horn be sounded
forth Eorlingas!

I'm not quite sure where I'd be without CAA... but I think if I had never come here I would be into yaoi and be cussing left and right by now. This board sorta serves as a massive accountability group for me in the area of anime, something I can't really get from my chruch. I was a part of a few secular boards before I came here, and while the people were [generally] nice [to non-n00bs], it wasn't the greatest envoironment for me. CAA drew me away from that and I really think that God placed it in my life. It all goes to show that God can work through google ^^

I would like to point out like amoung other things, CAA can be as a tool to help you grow or to be ministered (or minister to) however should never be the basis of your Christian perspective and/or life. What I am trying to say is that even though CAA is a blessing for many, it should never recieve all the glory. God is using CAA to help us as Christians grow and be Christ-like and therefore, God should recieve the glory.

My values and ideals have change significally since I came in '04. For one thing CAA helped me with was pornography and coming into the realization that by helping others and ministering to others who struggle with it, and I am inadvertingly helping and ministering to myself as well. Also, CAA has ministered when I used to dress or act for "shock value". I also find myself missing CAA when I leave for long abscences.

I'm not sure where I would or wouldn't be without it, but I can say that CAA has definitely been a blessing.
