Of those I've seen, I'll vote Hamtaro and The Bush Baby as far as series go. As far as movies... I'll get back to y'all on that one. (Or let someone else beat me to it. )

There are very few anime that I think have good dubs. Big O's and Cowboy Bebop's seemed fine, but then I can't compare them with the original Japanese until I see the original Japanese. Currently the only dubs I cared for are Lupin the 3rd (the voices seemed at least fairly similar sounding to the originals, and they were just very funny, especially Zenigata), Trigun (pretty good voices in comparison to the originals, especially Vash. The lines also seemed well translated. It did a good job of capturing both the seriousness and the humor of the show), and Howl's Moving Castle (very good voices, though Billy Crystal's Calcifer took some getting used to (too low pitched compared to the loveable Japanese voice (the same voice for the frog of Sen to Chihiro no Kamikakushi (Spirited Away) in fact, so if you've seen Sen to Chihiro subbed, you pretty much know what the Japanese Calcifer sounds like ;)).

Just wait until Crossdive sees this thread (if he does). He'll be SURE to vote Inuyasha, or for that matter any dub he's seen with Richard Cox in it.

.hack//SIGN
The Cat Returns
Chobits
Di Gi Charat
Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex
Gundam Wing
Escaflowne movie (haven't really seen the show in dub, but I knwo that dub made cuts^^)
Fruits Basket
Haibane Renmei
Princess Mononoke
Spirited Away
Tenchi stuffage
Witch Hunter Robin

(from the few dubs I've found enjoyable^^)

...so I just watched about 5 mins of "Mew Mew Power"... =_=; is all I'll say!

a bunch i'd mention have already been, so:
MSG 8th MS Team
PlanetES

GitS:SAC 2nd gig, I doubt the quality is going to change much but there's still the introduction of the main antagonist, and I hope they pull him off well since he's more complex than any character in the show already.

-Princess Mononoke
-Spirited Away

Haven't seen enough of FMA to really know. In fact, I haven't seen too much good anime period (no cable and brokeness...). And the only subbed anime I've seen is .hack//sign (which I only saw one episode of the dub).

Basically anything 4Kids does would be on the opposite end of the spectrum (my poor OP... *sniff* ).

Hmm a bunch of those I disagree with, but as this isn't a thread for that I won't say which XD;;

I'll have to vote Bebop again! Fruits Basket and Last Exile were pretty good too. Back in a time where I loathed dubs with all my heart I was able to get through those without feeling like grating off my ears ^^; I have since become more lenient with dubs, but if anyone says the IY dub is one of the "best dubs ever" I'm gonna have to take them out back and shoot them.

Oh great I'm so going to get flamed now *hides in bomb shelter*

edit: oh yeah, forgot FMA! Its a pretty good dub too, though I'm definitely still partial to the sub.
editx2: and my iy comment up there was partly a joke. Everyone's entitled to their own opinion, even if its wrong.

1. Magic Knight Rayearth TV: BEST DUB....EVER!!!!!! Yay for Julia Maddelena, Ruby Marlowe, and Wendee Lee, the three best American voice actors!! They captured Hikaru, Fuu, and Umi so perfectly, and everyone else in the dub was awesome too.

runners up:
2. His and Her Circumstances
3. Slayers TV

other dubs I like, in no particular order:
Tenchi Muyo
X TV
Chobits
Pokemon
Revolutionary Girl Utena
Sailor Moon S and Super S (Just for the voices. The script changes and edits still suck)
Jessie and James, together forever!

AAML forever!

Best dub would automatically be Cowboy Bebop, followed by GITS: SAC. Others are just fine, like InuYasha, depending on your perception, althought the dubbing doesn't even compare to the original Japanese voices, lol.

Cowboy Bebop
Trigun
Blackjack (key characters)
Master of Mosquiton
Spirited Away
Princess Mononoke
RahXephon

Some others, such as Heat Guy J, have decent dubs but not what I'd put on a "best of" list.

I think Inuyasha is one of the best dubs! I especially like Inuyasha's voice! G Gundam was pretty good as well. Domon's voice was a little off, but the females' voices were done very well. And, of course, there's Naruto!

Fruits Basket is my favorite dub of all time (Shigure's voice makes that show! ) Rurouni Kenshin is also really good in my opinion.

Inuyasha has good dub voices as well, but I just think it's cooler to hear them say their attacks in Japanese then in English. XD

I don't really get why everyone is saying DNAngel though. Have you guys even heard the sub? Dark's Japanese voice actor is soooo much cooler sounding, but other then that I guess the dub is ok. :\

I love both the dub of Azumanga Daioh and Full Metal Panic. ADV Films has a good staff and I generally like their individual castings.
