My clutch starts smelling bad (burnt?) when I rev the engine too hard with the clutch pedal in (eg hill start with cold engine). What should I do?
Auto or Manual?

1. pull the clutch out faster... you're letting it out too slow and it's slipping.
2. push it in farther...it's not fully disengaged and is slipping.
3. let it be... its a car not a watch... we have to replace a clutch every few years
