Someone want to set up some html for me?

(Moderators- I'm not entirely certian if I'm allowed to do something like this, If this topic seems too comercal, feel free to delete it).
I'd like a data base set up for my comic, you know, those web comics that have a bar, where you can select which comic you want to view?.. Anyway, I'm horrible at html and know almost nothing, on top of that, I don't really have time to learn.

I can't really pay anyone for this.. but I could maybe draw something or make a banner.

I know HTML well, but it sounds like what you want is more along the lines of JavaScript embedded in the html code. That'd be more efficient, but it can be done with html too.

Just for understanding, can you provide an example comic site that does what you want?

Sounds like PHP and mySQL. There are probably some scripts like that that can be found at sourceforge. Of course, you'd need to know how to set it up, but at least you won't have to write it from scratch.
