I make a conscious effort not to look at that number (or my post count at all). Otherwise I start thinking about these things as worthwhile and occasionally post when I wouldn't otherwise simply for the sake of posting. That, in my mind, degrades the reasons I joined this forum.

However, I did see the number about a year ago, and if I had to guess I'd say about 10 times a day.

Six and change per day, or atleast it was a few weeks ago when some asked me to look it up.
Every year in Uganda, innumerable children simply. . . disappear. These children all stolen under the cover of darkness from their homes and impressed into the guerilla armies of the LRA [Lord's Resistance Army]. In the deserts of Uganda, they are forced to witness the mindless slaughter of other children until they themselves can do nothing but kill. Kill. These children, generally ranging from ages 5-12, are brainwashed into murdering in the name of the resistance and into stealing other children from their beds to suffer the same fate.

Because of this genocide of innocence, hundred and hundreds of children live every night sleeping in public places miles from their homes, because they know that if the do not-- they will disappear. They will become just another number in this genocide to which the international community has chosen to turn a blind eye. They will become, in affect, invisible-- Invisible Children.

But there are those who are trying to fight against this slaughter of Uganda's children. They fight to protect these "invisible children." Please, help them help a country full of children who know nothing by fear. Help save the innocence. For more information concerning how you can help and how you can get an incredible video about this horrific reality, visit the Invisible Children home page.

That's not too bad, I suppose. I find myself posting a lot less than I did when I first joined.

In fact, speaking of which, yesterday marked my one year anniversary at CAA. Cool.

0.6 but that's because when I first joined I never posted, and then I was away at a summer camp for two months.

Right now it's a 5.79 per/day.

Some days I can't really post much because of school or work. THough when I get an off day, I usually post a lot. So I guess it averages out.

About 7.5. Instead of feeling like that's a good thing, I feel self-conscious about it. ^^;;

4.23. =O higher than I thought~

xD Hey I've been wondering, if it's not a gigantic hassle to change things, it would be funny to see people's post counts if the Goof-Off forum counted, just for one day.

How about instead of asking, we simply look at each member's profile? I mean, making them post about their posts/day would alter it. :\

It's 2.2X. That's surprising considering that I rarely post outside of Goof Off anymore, and since my job really took time away from CAA (even though it wasn't full time).

Another thing to consider though, i believe the "average" works by taking the total number of posts you have <<;;; post-ed and dividing that by the amount of days you have been here. So... essentially, if you have been here for quite a bit of time and have had long expanses of time where you haven't posted anything, it will take a while to get a higher "average." people who post a lot and have been here a shorter amount of time could have the highest potential post average...

EVEN greater than that of MSP! :lol:

Mine is 3.17, which is just about accurate. It's a tad skewed, since I didn't post anything for several months, but there have been times when I was on nonstop, so it levels out.

I'm not on here half as much as some of you freaks are, though. ;)
