If Icharus does not answer my challenge, do I automatically go to round 2?

Chocobo777: 5944

Roll advances to the Semifinals! Semifinalist in game 14 is a Bye, Roll advances to Final!

Note: Since the first finalist has been chosen and there are still people in round 1, I'm going to start disqualifying people. To keep from being disqualified, please post in this thread in the next 48 hours if your name is on the following list.
Rachel
Fireproof
cbwing0
shadowblade
Icarus
piloswine

This is done just to purge the game of the inactive registers. If you do post and your opponent also posts, then please do your challenge!

GAK! *teeth chatter*

Edit: Hee hee! It's utter surprise at having made it this far, mixed with fear of what's to come! Eep! Gak! This tourney kinda reminds me of the Powerfest competition Nintendo held back in 1994. I made it to the top 4, and I was so stressed out that I started crying! Eventually I got pushed down to 10th place, which was the only one that didn't advance to semifinals...but anyways! Hopefully I'll do better here!

Even being in this tournament with a top 10 Powerfest finalist intimidates me. ;)

But what I really want to know is, how in the world did someone score 7 million plus on this Tetris game?
Theme Scripture: Stand fast therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and do not be entangled again with a yoke of bondage. (Galatians 5:1)

And a verse for all us single folks: Do we have no right to take along a believing wife, as do also the other apostles, the brothers of the Lord, and Cephas? (1 Corinthians 9:5)

Well, for what it's worth, if it goes down that way, it will be a privilege to be in it with another Mega Man fan. :thumb:

Ok, said I'd give you 48 hours and I gave you over a week... so, here's how things stand. Rachel and Fireproof were both eliminated because they did not post in here and didn't respond to my PM. Therefore freerock1 gets a bye and moves on to the semifinals.

cbwing0 beat shadowblade with a score of about 13000 to 1300.

Scibs and Icarus have both been active but I really don't know what their conclusion is. Icaurs claims that he can't play in the arcade because of his browser... so... I'm just gonna give the bye to Scribs on this one unless they think otherwise.

You're probably going to take this round. I let my stack get too high, too early, and lost control of it. Ah well, that's the way the tetrads fall sometimes...

After doing fairly well in the first round, I lose to this guy with a somewhat crappy score. Then Roll just narrowly escapes with the victory. It's as if Scribs is playing with our minds. :dizzy: (I'm messin' with ya, bro.)

But anyway, congrats to Roll on her championship. Looking forward to the next tourney.
