To all of the future animators, I have recently found a good program to get started with.
Now, I have been using a bare-bones, Japanese version of this program for quite a while. Finally, I've found an English build with lots of extra features (like screentone fill option).

No way, totally free. And yes, it's legal.
The guy just translated that Japanese version (which is also free) and made it better. Much better.
