Someone called me on my dad's cell (which btw I don't know the number to) and said he hacked my computer...

... But how would he get my dad's cell number if I don't even know it?

... This is too messed up. Just pray nothing further happens.

You can report the call to the police and the phone company. Even though he blocked his number through caller ID, the phone company may be able to trace it.

I honestly wouldn't worry about it. What he probably did was just put in random numbers and got your dad's. Then just continued saying doing that and saying the same thing to other people.
