It's still speculation, but experts are predicting it may strike here sometime around Sunday or Monday. I know there are many fellow Texans here on CAA... let's keep it in heavy prayer that it takes a major turn and doesn't harm anyone.
Well, I'm here in Houston...real close to the gulf. If it hits Brownsville, like it's projected to, I'll probably get some massive T-storms, but no real damage. I do, however, appreciate all the prayer for my fellow Texans and my family in Lousiana.
it's expected to hit about 30 miles south of Brownsville, putting it about 60 m away from my home. the only thing i don't like about this is all the work i had to do boarding up my home (my dad is very cautious).
It looks like my family is out of the danger (we live almost near Lousiana) but I am still acutely aware of others in Emily's path. God be with all of you.
Well I will definitely be praying for all of you CAA members in Texas I have some family member out in Texas as well but luckily they don't live in Brownsville
I'm pretty sure it hit south of Brownsville, but there's been a lot of rain up where I am. I don't know how people down in mexico are though... maybe I should watch the news XD
