Here's my first art contributation here. It's of my orginal character Sindel Rip Raptor, from Everstin Chronicles. She's of the race known as Everstin, that's why she looks like she's half raptor. Later on she finds out she's actually ....well, don't want toruin that for you, lol.

Kenshin Rawks! I did this for an art assignment in class this past year. I used prismacolors on it. It's just a readdtion of the manga. I didn't ink the lines like I usually do, but I think it came out for the better. As usual I ned to work on backgroungs though.

i am a huge Dragonriders of Pern fan, and if fanfiction was allowed online I definately would be posting some of mine, but unfortunately i can't do that because of copy right laws. This is my original green rider, K'vor and his green Dalvorath.

This was done during the same time as my Kenshin image. I was having a prisma streak at the moment. I was pleased with just about everything but the feet.

I'm in love with the fact that Duo thinks he's Shinigami. I know this is a little gory >.< but I was in a depressed mood at the time. (bipolar patient). I had prayed right before I drew this image and this is what came to me. (i always pray before I draw) None the less I am proud of this image. It's definately one of the best CGs I have ever done. Again, if it's too offenseive I will remove it.

An attempt to put a real background with an artwork. I actually did this during an artist block. I looked off a doujinshi for this image. I do like how he came out though.

My Rurouni Kenshin character. You can read my story on fanfiction.net called "Her Life For a Wanderer" it's quite best one of my best stories I've ever written. I'll eventually post it here when I get to the computer that it's on.

I drew this when I was watching the Inu Yasha episode when he was thinking about his childhood and how he never hd anyone to play with. Poor Inu-Kun.

Well there, always glad to have another artist. Being a fellow Fruits Basket fan, I think I like Kyo the best. While I personally find some of your subject matter dark, I like your techniques and concept of color.

However, as a manager, I have a request. I would ask that you please take the one of Addy off the site. I also want to thank you very much for being sensitive about the issue and offering first off. I can assure you that someone, somewhere will find that offensive. And if they don't their parents will. We are considered a G site, and that's a little too risqué. Besides, you really don't want an art vs. porn debate on your gallery thread, do you?

Thanks so much again for your attitude about this request that you sort of knew was coming anyway. And I look forward to seeing more of your artwork!

I just finished this one today. Fruits Basket is so cool. I really do love Kyou. LOL. Hatsuharu too, but the only image I have of him is unfinished and some suggestive dialogde so I'm gonna do a friendly Hatsuharu pic for here sooner or later ^^.

wowee. those are all pretty dang good. especially the miroku one. that ones quite amazing. yu drew that one? oooff..too many good artists.

Ah, very nice ^^ Just curious though, for the coloring, did you color it on a different layer that's multiplied (I'm assuming you're using Photoshop)? In some cases I see the original line art tampered and sometimes it gives it a "dirty" effect.

A few problems with proportion, mostly inconsistancies in the elongation (neck too long; legs too short; etc). And in a few pics the head is too big when the rest of the body is in proportion to themselves (First Kyo pic for example). An easy way to get the head to body width right is that, unless it's in SD mode, the head should be able to "fit" into the chest/abdomen. ^^

And just for a note, lol, I done WAY more graphically disturbing art, I'm glad that past of my "career" is over.

Just an advice from a ex-morbid artist sister in Christ to another one: It's going to eat at you. Really, those times were considered "glorious" since I got the most name recognition from them; but when I finally opened my eyes and realized just how *USELESS* they were to Him--it was hard letting go.

They actually haunted me somewhat, like a corpse under the bed, when I started devoting my skills to Him. I kept on thinking, "What if someone sees them and know that I'm a Christian--would it convey a message of hipocrisy?? Will I end up doing more harm to His name??"

I ended up praying about it and deleting the site(s) for good. I never felt more free. Though, even till now, they still haunt me. Most people still know me as Ann the Neko, Harry Potter anime fanartist and the Psycho Ann that draws bloody, macabre, art and American Mcgee's Alice fanarts.

It's a taint I can never rub off, all I can do is go forward and devote the rest to Him while I still have the chance ^^ (That "note" turned out to be a testimony )

My proportions are a lot better than what they used to be, lol. thanks for all the tips. Most of my artwork as something to do with my fiction. Some of fiction is disturbing too, that's why I'm not really gonna post some on here. If I can finish my final fantasy one, then I'll post it, cause that one is a PG rated fiction. All my others are pg-13 and R. Everstin Chronicles is R because of the violence and the fact it has to deal with political issues, depression, and inaccurate christian/jewish/hebrew mythology.

My Rurouni Kenshin fanfic, "Her Life For a Wander" deals with some of the same situations, but not as in depth. Sure I wrote my fight seen is better in it, but it's not as detailed.


I used blood in my art to express emotion. I have one Rurouni Kenshin fanart from Samurai X when he's trudging through the snow to go find Tomoe, and it's mostly concertrated on his sword with has blood on it. I'm never bothered by gore, lol.

I'm just bothered by porn and ignorant people.

Yeah, I use blood, violence, and gore to "express" myself too back in the old days. Mostly self-multilations ^^;; Man, looking back, I really did draw some disturbing stuff (a girl who ripped off her own arm and is eating it--that kind of stuff ^^;; )

It's not wrong to express yourself; but when you compared it with what He wants... well, I just hope you have an easier time then I had leaving that habit behind and answering His call (if you are called Really depends on what He has in store for ya).

I also still haven't let go entirely of my secular roots. Lol, I'm also a fanfiction writer (a DBZ one--don't laugh), and yeah, I'm not proud as a Christian on what I wrote but I still can't bare to drop it and disappoint the readers ^^;; (Darn you, my ego!)

I never used it to express myself I think. And I never used that much blood....or mutilation....lol. Most blood I use is from an outside infliction. Like if someone attacked them, lol. My friend draws a few self mutalation stuff and it worries me >.<. I only draw blood in pictures that need it.
