Cat Person or Dog Person... You?

I am a cat person, always have been, always will be.
I like the idea that I have to earn the respect of the animal in order to build a friendship.

How bout you guys?

Well, people who know me don't ask.

But actually, I wanted a dog desperately when I was a child. But I got a cat first and since then I've been a cat person of uberness. Also I had some bad experiences with dogs. I.e. the puppy that died within days.

I typically prefer neko, but I like some inu (typically better if they're puppies; quiet puppies).

I really dislike cats >.> Dogs just...are awsome.

Their loud, messy, and poop everywhere( if their not housebroken XD)
Reason enough to have a dog.

Dog person, even though many find a twisted pleasure in chasing my bretheren into trees. I love my little ****-Tzu, he's so cute and dumb! I like cats too, but I just like dogs a little better.

I love cats. Nekozuki desu yo. My cat is a whole lot cleaner then my dad and grandmas dogs. I've had my cat since i was 12, which is before my OCD got bad. I think dogs are disgusting and dirty creatures. They smell. They eat cat poop and other poop. My grandmas dog isn't housetrained after 6 years and messes all over the house. I keep my door shut. Most cats are a lot cleaner then dogs. I hate dogs.

Seeing as how I'm allergic to cats, dog person most definately. If I wasn't allergic I'd be both a cat and dog person.

I'm split on this decision.

I somewhat like cats because they're more independent and go in a litter box. Which means less clean ups. Also my current cat always tries to claw my eyes. How cute.

But she just sleeps all day.

Dogs on the other hand are much more playful and loyal. But from past experience... have accidents, crew up wires and cause havoc.

I could go either way. If I was concerned with which was easier to look after, cat hands down. But if it didn't matter, a dog.

I'm definitely more of a dog person. Not because I hate cats, which isn't the case. I LOVE cats, but for some reason they all seem to hate me. T_T I seem to suffer from Sakaki syndrome. But I love doggies just as much, and I have a lovely fluffy doggy of my own that I can play with, even if he's getting old and sleeps a lot. >>
